This was my first experience with this travel company and they exceeded my expectations. Alex was exceptional. He was able to find deals I couldn't find.... and I'm a good shopper. He was very patient with my requests and when I needed to make changes. I will use Alex in the future with my frequent travels. Bravo Five Star Airways, Bravo Alex!

So far so good. I will leave a more detailed review once we have completed our trip. However, in the interim, Mark Novak was attentive to every detail and concern I expressed, and the price was good.

I have been working with this company for months and we just booked our 20th anniversary trip with Anthony. I can only say the most complimentary things about our experience and the credit goes to Anthony. He was always available and quick to respond. I threw multiple changes and options at him and he was always patient and professional. We have had a fantastic experience so far with this company and Anthony. Our trip is several months away so I'll post another review after the vacation but so far, it's been A+. Anthony went above and beyond to meet our needs and was honest, clear and helpful beyond expectations. We hope to have a long and positive experience with 5 Star Airways for the upcoming future.

My friend found Five Star Airways. I have never booked anywhere but through the airline or a credit card travel app. The savings were significant enough to give it a go, and I am so glad we did. As I sit here in the Polaris Lounge enjoying breakfast and a mimosa, writing this review, I’m reflecting on the exceptionally proficient service provided by Anthony Davis - efficient, knowledgeable, customer service oriented. Stumbled on this site and took a chance. Anthony Davis was extremely helpful, considerate, highly communicative, and worked in a timely manner. I almost never do business like this, on a chance, but it worked out great to book the flights. If something changes, I'll be back to update.

James Isaac could not have been more helpful booking flights for my husband and I from Phoenix to Portugal. His persistence found the most efficient executive class tickets and way to get there and back at unbeatable prices. He was patient and kind and even helped me through some computer issues I was experiencing on my end. I was able to call or text or email him directly with my questions and feedback and received immediate responses every time. He made the process pleasurable rather than stressful! I have already recommended him to my family members.

It was a very easy and fast process to get my tickets. Sergio Martinez was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. This is my second time I get help from Sergio and I will continue being his customer. I highly recommend the Five Stars company.

Mr. Pope was so excellent!
I had to cancel my trip due to a medical condition. But, as soon as I was ready "to fly" Mr. Pope put me on direct flights (I'm now handicapped due to a surgery gone wrong.
I am so, so very happy to finally have medical clearance to take my trip

Yanosh is the man for all your flying needs. Available at all times. Cant ask for a better service even at last minute. Kudos to him and five star. Highly recommend.

As a former hospitality professional, I typically do all of my travel planning myself. When we started booking the trip we just returned from, I was desperately searching for a great rate for premium seats. I looked high and low and was not able to find anything on my own that was not outrageously priced. Initially I was concerned with the lack of information on the Five Star homepage but after engaging in a conversation with Sergio Martinez our agent, we liked what we heard. I was still a bit skeptical and did a bit of digging online to see if the company was legitimate and everything seemed to be on board. I can now say after completing our trip that Sergio's service, the rate, our seats and everything was top notch. Each time I reached out to Sergio, he was attentive and the added security of somebody to help you out with your travels, while you are overseas is really an advantage. We will definitely use Five Star again, and highly recommend. Recommend Sergio who couldn't have done a better job.

This is my first time using Five Star and so far so good. I really like having a personal travel advisor and agent, so lets hope it continues all the way through my trip.

Sheldon, was prompt in his replies, when I needed to change an arrival time it was done at once. I always request Sheldon as he is reliable, helpful and polite. He gives excellent customer service. I have great confidence in him, he leaves me with the feeling that he cares whether or not I go through the process of booking an air ticket as little fuss as possible. At 82 that is important for me.

Unfortunately, our experience with Antony Davis was disappointing. He seemed uninterested in finding the best deal for our flight to Italy. We were frustrated with the lack of effort and felt that his approach to our correspondence was unprofessional. We won’t be considering Five Star Airways or Anthony Davis for our future travels.
