I've just bought from them ,money took from my bank ,can't find any dispatched or tracking, then I see these reviews hope I do get my item ,gosh il be so mad if I don't unless I get refunded and if I don't boy il go every way to get refunded, I will update and give a good review if I do receive item or refund ,can't believe these reviews wow.

This is a scam. Ordered for Christmas 2021. No delivery, multiple apologetic emails from Anna. No goods delivered.

Scam website. My kid saw them on Instagram and asked me to get him a pullover for Christmas . I ordered in November and never receive anything by Christmas . Back and forth email with Anna were all lies…it was coming ..it was shipped…oh sorry it was lost in transit but we will send out another. Noting ever showed. I contacted my cc company to report fraudulent charge. I got my money back but I don’t know if my cc company did . Scam!!! scammers deserve no stars!!!

Hello, I ordered a jacket the 5th february wih free shipping and I still don't have any information about it. I clicked on the button to get shipping and delivery updates by message or email but nothing happened. So can you please tell me updates about it. Thank you.

Today have received an email saying their data has been breached and my card details leaked. Oh yeah and I never received any clothing that I bought either

I ordered stuff at the start of December that I have never received (it supposedly got lost in transit) and I keep getting fobbed off that they’ll send a refund request through to the relevant department and yet 2 months later and still haven’t received anything. ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY

I placed an order for their timber fleece jacket on the 11th of November. It is today the 19th of february and I have still not received my item or heard any news as to the whereabouts of it.
I had already sent an email to customer support when the order had not arrived after 27 days and was reassured me that it would not take months of waiting for the item to arrrive.
I have now written to them again a couple weeks ago and got no response. Got scammed out of 80€ and apparently many others have been as well.

Ordered in early December and still haven't received now, in February. Have contacted customer service who said they would open an investigation and since then, they have stopped replying to emails. No refund given. ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Horrific, paid for an order in early December and still haven’t received the item in February, originally didn’t contact the company as I put it down to busy Xmas period however the customer service told me once that it was lost in transit, and then stopped responding to emails. Checked online reviews to see that everyone else has been scammed just as I have, so I contacted my bank. I suggest everyone else do the same. DO NOT SHOP HERE

This website is a SCAM had the exact same experience as other costumers who have reviewed below. I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Have never received my clothes and have not been given a refund.

I ordered 2 jackets on November and they arrived on time. However, I wanted to change the color of one of the jackets because the website decided itself that both jackets purchased should be the same color (it was not my fault). No worries, they arrived in 3 weeks and I decided to keep them both, as they were very nice and confi.

I ordered another jacket in black on January. Guess what? It has not been shipped yet and I guess it will not be!
Of course, I do not get ANY ANSWER FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Ordered 2 items at end of November. On the 60th day one of the pair of trousers turned up. Shoddy looking product, stitching is bad all over, label off centre. Label on rear pocket is all nonsense - The phrase printed is 'SIMPLE TEXT' followed by a bunch of Lorem Ipsum.

The website clearly states that if your item doesn't arrive within 60 days you are entitled to a refund, but every time I request that for the missing product I am met with another nonsense email about how it has already been processed so refund can't be issued.

This company is a massive scam and con. Avoid at all costs. I am also annoyed that something like this is allowed to advertise so heavily on instagram and Facebook, which is where I got the link from originally.

I'm sure any 5 star reviews of this company are fake as well.

You have to refund my money since you have not delivered the order and i know that you will not deliver it.
