I was enjoying this until they locked me out. Apparently I got complained about the quality of my responses even though ive been getting screened out for the majority of the surveys recently

Absolutely ridiculous no payout

Absolutely ridiculous no payout they tell you you cannot add credits manually I paid for offers I've been playing a game for the last 6 days and it's only tracked me to level 10 I'm on a level 194 I have screenshots I have proof that it only tracked a certain days in certain times which is ridiculous and stupid because now they're telling me oh it's not tracking which it was tracking and now it's not it tracked yesterday but not today that doesn't make any sense

Recommended & Honest Evaluation

When it works, it works well, when it doesn't.. keep calm and try again.

90% score for honesty and integrity. This is very high for a survey based website.

The reason that there is 10% missing is that the survey engine is designed to bottleneck rather than naturally run out of surveys, for example on the splash page there could be 30 opportunities, you get rapidly screened out by 5 and suddenly there's no surveys avaliable, then if you manage to catch one that pops up, it restores back to dozens of choices again which suggests bottlenecking. While Samplicio etc. do decide where to direct you and the surveys decide who to screen out, there is evidence of throttle based shaping too. Perhaps this is something the Five Surveys engineers can improve behind the scenes or be more transparent about being on a cooldown.

I would recommend Five Surveys for people who have had negative experiences with other websites and their 5 surveys = $5 promo / design is very much unique and widely appreciated based on user feedback. I hope this is something that they are planning to keep long-term, as it does seperate them in their industry and what makes it all worthwhile.

Cash out is reasonable, many sites expect much more risked on time and effort to cash out, so 5 surveys = reward is balanced and fair. Success rate for pay off is 98%. Some users report being blocked "technical error has occurred, contact support" rather than being told the real reason, it isn't due to cache or cookies, since the decision is made server side not on the local browser / app, so perhaps the engineers could better inform users when they are not eligible due to × reason and what steps to resolve it. However, I do accept this is a minority of users and this has been reflected.

I have completed 23 levels of Scrabble…

I have completed 23 levels of Scrabble Go and Five Surveys refused to issue money earned. They want me to tell them the dates I completed these levels. I can't do that as I play this game everyday. I have tried on several occasions to do the Surveys also. I get opted out of almost everyone I have tried to complete. Don't trust this app, It's a scam.

Cash out issues

I have recently cashed out/claimed $10 through VISA gift card, it says they it will send me an email with the reward within 5 minutes. But after an hour, I still have not received any emails, I have checked all the spam and trash folders, verified that it is the correct email address.

Ridiculous

You get to 4 surveys then every single one after either says you haven’t qualified or screens you out. even when it says you finish it it then says you’ve been screened out so you’re never able to reach 5 and cashout ridiculous
I finally managed to reach the 5 surveys only to be met with technical error when trying to cashout this happens with all their survey apps not a coincidence complete and utter scam don’t waste your time absolute joke

Finish surveys only to have a technical error after completed. It’s a very spammy site. Started out okay then it went downhill. Good luck getting credit from customer service. Take surveys at BRANDED SURVEYS, they get back with you in 24 hours and credit you for missed points.

Checked Out After First Check-Out

Such a frustrating amount of the surveys conveniently crashed after having farmed the majority of the data that they required in the 75% of the survey that i’d already completed before it crashed. Seriously though, guys, there’s only X amount of times you can repeatedly screen people out at such a late stage before it starts looking suss.

Given what a valuable commodity personal data is in the year 2026, you might as well have your hand in my pocket every time you do this.

A total waste of time

A total waste of time. Whether you’re in it for the fiver or you just like giving your opinions… it’s just frustrating… you spend 15 mins answering the same 100 questions only to get screened out before you start the survey… frustrating and a MASSIVE waste of time

Lost 10€ deposit due to tracking failure – Support refused to help despite full proof

​I am very disappointed with Five Surveys. I completed the "Verde Casino" offer, which required a 10€ deposit of my own money and a full KYC verification. I followed every single instruction: no VPN, tracking permissions enabled, and completed it on the same device.

​Even though I provided the support team with irrefutable proof—including screenshots of the deposit, the Transaction ID (d741df34-7338-4e47-9c8b-37c64de16bc8), and the KYC confirmation email—they repeatedly sent me automated copy-paste replies.

​They claim "tracking failed" and refuse to manually validate the task or even refund my 10€ investment. It is unacceptable to lure users into offers involving real money and then deny the reward due to their own technical tracking errors.

​Be very careful with any offers on this platform that require a deposit. If their system fails, you lose your money and their support will not take responsibility. Very poor experience.

This company is a JOKE!

This company is a JOKE!! They allow you to complete the entire survey, then instead of paying you, they "screen" you out! That means the money that gets paid from the creators of the survey, goes into the pockets of 5 Surveys company! That is completely ILLEGAL!! I for one, will force them to be audited! Then sued!

This is a very stressful and annoying survey site compared to other survey companies. They make it so difficult for you Get to the 5th survey Before being eligible for cash out. I had been fighting with support…

I had been fighting with support through 5 surveys because i did a a game reward it was for a game called Cazino I had signed up bought the $19.99 and I would be rewarded $30 well I showed them my purchase through my bank statement on the game as well so I messaged support and asked if they could email my purchase receipt because five surveys said I would only be rewarded if I showed them my purchase receipt mind u I did February 15th I had contacted support through 5 surveys February 16th they said if I dont received in 3 business days to reach out to them well I waited until March 9th and they basically said I was out of the reward because there game providers record the progress through email so PLEASE DONT USE THEM THEY WILL PAY U 5$ FOR SURVEYS BUT U WILL BE GETTING CALLS ALL DAY FROM SCAMMERS AND HALF THE TIME U DO A SURVEY FOR 15 MINS AND THEY SCREEN U OUT SO U CANT COMPLETE THEM DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!

Unfairly Banned with $20.26 Balance after Earning $200+ Successfully

I am extremely disappointed with Five Surveys. I have been a loyal and dedicated user of this platform for a long time, having successfully earned and withdrawn over $200 by providing honest feedback.

However, my account was suddenly banned today for "quality of responses" while I still have $20.26 sitting in my balance. It is hard to believe that after months of high-quality work and $200+ in earnings, my quality suddenly became an issue. This feels like an excuse to withhold my hard-earned money.

I have always been careful with my answers, and my long history on this site proves my commitment. I am requesting the support team to perform a manual review of my account and at least allow me to withdraw my remaining balance. This is a matter of fairness and hard work.
