I normally don’t write reviews like this, but this needs to be said.
I completed an offer on Five Surveys (Bingo Voyage), including all required in-app purchases (5, 10, and 20 purchases). The first two milestones were paid instantly, so clearly their tracking system works.
Then comes the problem:
I completed the 20 purchases task — and even went beyond it (21/20 purchases). The app literally shows my progress, so everything has been tracked correctly.
Yet the $14.29 reward for this task has NOT been paid.
What makes it worse:
- I’ve been waiting over 1.5 days
- I contacted support and got zero response
- Not even a confirmation email
So they track your actions perfectly, but when it’s time to pay, suddenly nothing happens?
I spent real money to complete these purchases. This isn’t a small issue — this is money out of my own pocket based on their requirements.
I’ve been using similar platforms (including Prime Opinion, same parent company) for a long time without issues, which makes this even more disappointing.
At this point, this feels very unreliable and unfair. If this doesn’t get resolved quickly, I cannot recommend using Five Surveys.
I expect:
- A proper response
- A manual review
- And payment of the $14.29 that I rightfully earned
Be careful with offers that require spending money — this experience shows there is a real risk you won’t get paid.

It was always difficult to get 5 surveys completed because as soon as you completed 4 suddenly the surveys aren't available, but after a few days you'd get lucky and complete a fifth to complete the set for payout.
These days over 95% of surveys scam you of your time. You complete the survey, they get all their information then you're 'screened out' so you don't get the completion point. You get screened out of 4 out of 5 surveys you attempt. The surveys used to be 4-5 minutes, now they're 15+ minutes!! To earn a £1!!
Absolutely and totally not worth the effort anymore.

After spending over 14 hours on the app just to earn $5, they wouldn't let me claim my reward.
I messaged support, and the response was slow as a snail. I even sent a video recording of my issue.
Support claimed it was just a bug and gave me a few workarounds to try. ( i wonder why don't fix the bug )
After following their instructions, I still couldn't claim my reward and the worst part? No error message. It would just load and stop.
Not only did the platform refuse to pay out my reward, but it was a complete waste of time.
They keep disqualifying you even when you select the correct answer.
It's unacceptable to spend that much time on surveys that pay peanuts, with unlimited disqualifications, only to get denied your reward at the end.
I would advise everyone to stay away from this platform, unless you have nothing better to do with your time.

Absolute scam! And horrendous customer service! Constantly going round in circles. Completed all the goals to receive my cash pot and on the last one there was a technical issue! So hasn’t been tracked and they won’t do anything about it despite my proof of reaching the goal. So can’t access any of the money in the pot and they won’t help! Waste of time and money.

It happens so often that I see a full list of surveys, complete one and then a lot disappear. Or that I complete a survey and many surveys appear. Weird and unreliable.

This survey app is terrible. I got to 5th survey and for days now when I get to the end of completing the 5th survey I am automatically screened out. So finally I gave up and deleted the app because it's a scam and they are never going to let me get $5.

total scam just like all their apps. impossible to cashout. never use topsurveys or fivesurveys

Terrible app only pays out pennies and never validates bug rewards and the customer service is appalling and useless

Five Surveys is a complete joke. They make it seem like you’re earning money for completing tasks, but it’s all smoke and mirrors. Sometimes the rewards hit your balance within seconds, and other times they throw a random 7–30 day “verification” hold on your funds, supposedly because a partner needs to confirm completion.
At first, the pending balance actually shows up in your account history—but then a few days later, it just disappears completely like it never existed. No record, no explanation.
To make it even worse, every time I tried to cash out, I kept getting hit with a “technical error” message. And support? Completely useless—no responses to emails whatsoever.
Save yourself the frustration and stay far away.

I’ve had a bad experience with Five Surveys. I cashed out a total of $35 in rewards ($20, $5, and a $10 payout from a previous time) and never received any of them.
I checked my email, spam folder, and waited several days but nothing arrived. I also contacted support and have not received a proper response or resolution.
Right now my issue is still unresolved and I just want my missing payouts delivered or explained clearly.

This survey site is a scam. Once you get to 2 surveys left they consistently only give surveys that always screen you out. You can't even contact customer support. Dont believe thr positive reviews it's their employees. Dojt bother go elsewhere!

Completed the gaming rewards, they tracked and they confirmed it tracked, filled up the jar to claim and wants me to verify I am human by doing a scan. Well you can’t click on it to do it. Tried app, safari, chrome and desktop laptop nothing works so can’t get the money. Asked me to send videos of the problem I have. The rest of my rewards won’t count until this is done and they are time sensitive. I feel like I have been done over if I’m honest. I wouldn’t waste your time doing games on this. Awful experience, I am not hopeful about receiving any money from these people

I played goodville and it was paying out each level small amounts until I got to level 30 for 15 dollars and 5 surveys took all games off my profile and just left the options of taking surveys. The app dis and completed a verification and I was left with just the options of surveys. After several attempts I was promised payment and to continue the games ut day four after verification it has b t happend. I still play the game because I enjoy it but the app itself 5 surveys has proven to be non trustworthy in paying out as promised

Please note that we don't create the surveys and we don't decide who gets to participate or gets screened out. This is solely dependent on the requirements set by the supplier. Unfortunately, we don't have visibility into each survey's exact requirements. These dynamics are continually changing. The survey providers determine the allocation of points, durations, awards, and the screening process, and are beyond our control.
Being screened out simply means you didn't match the survey's target criteria. Unfortunately, we don't know what specific insights the survey seeks. Please don't give up. When you complete more surveys, our system will match your profile with better surveys to complete! We appreciate your patience and understanding.
