You can get a payout but takes many surveys to do so.
They don't filter their surveys. They post everything; including low quality surveys that collect your data then disqualify you. Many surveys repeat the same pre- qualifying questions over and over which becomes extremely frustrating. When I contacted support they responded-only to deflect responsibility. I was told things like:"we don't control the surveys" or "we don't get paid if you're disqualified" Which does not address the actual issues. Overall the platform seems unmoderated; repetitive; and poorly managed. You will however if your're lucky after attempting many many surveys eventually get a $5 payout if your willing to go through all that. And as far as what they will reply to my statement? From my experience they're replies are full of polished; technical sounding jargon meant to appear credible and again; never actually addresses the real issue.

It's nearly impossible to get last survey before getting paid. They screen you out after successfully completed and removing all the short surveys. I am circulating a potion and filling a class action lawsuit against them. Let me know if you want in.

You will meet all requirements for completing tasks on games for them to say the providers did not track it!!! Then they will not pay you no matter how much proof you have to show you have met the task requirements! Honestly they are scamming people of their time and not paying what they are offering. You will complete surveys until the end to either be timed out or say you don’t qualify! Please take honest advise and do not use this company, do not waste your time playing games or completing surveys! There are better Survey sites and game sites out there that treat you better and actually pay you! Five Surveys need to be investigated along with the gaming providers they use!!!

That’s how long you’ll be waiting for a payout from an offer. If it doesn’t register first time, you can bet you’re never receiving it.
You’ll spend hours playing chatbot tennis with customer support, coming up with excuse after excuse not to pay you. Doesn’t matter what proof you send them.

This company turned out to be just another scammy survey app. You will be doing surveys repeatedly with zero compensation. You will initially qualify and once you have completed it you are screened out.

They don't pay you for games.
Whenever it's a high amount they owe you (in my case £34.20) they send you a notification once you complete the task, which irrefutably proves that they're tracking the offer.
Then when the day of the inevitable excuse comes "tracking failed".
Once you send them screenshots of where you're at, their notifications of pending payment, the task being crossed off your to do list, dates when you did it....Nope. wasn't tracked.
That's obviously not lawful is it?

5 surveys but 32 surveys qualify!
5 surveys, but 32 surveys attempted before I reached 5!! Lots of "technical" crashes, and numerous screen outs, even when you've spent considerable time and actually completed the survey it can screen put, meaning no pay and time wasted. Customer service have a "it is what it is" attitude. Nor wasting any more of my time

I hate this site, they keep you on their page for hours on purpose to try to complete the 5 survey so they can get paid, they get paid based on screening you out 100 times on th e last survey, and dont hit me with the bs because i know that yall are throttling surveys and more so you can get paid off other people opinions, i know for a fact i been experiencing it for 3 years, yall always screenout 100 times on the 5 and final survey with errors and more on purpose.
