I swear the worst experience yet I just played hours yesterday two different games didn't get credit for either one and not to mention that you complete a survey and it only gives you a partial mark when it's straight supposed to be 5 surveys and you get 5 dollars it's all a lie and a scam I messaged them so many times yesterday and not once did they get back to me or even fix the problem I recommend everyone stay away from downloading this app and playing anything with them

I completed app offers through Five Surveys on 12 February 2026 with tracking enabled, but the offer failed to track. This has now happened twice.
Support confirmed they cannot credit the offer due to “technical issues.”
More concerning, I have an existing earned balance of £2.61 which they refuse to release unless I reach their £5 minimum payout threshold. They have also refused to escalate my complaint or provide a proper resolution.
This means legitimately earned funds are effectively being withheld unless I continue using the platform.
Very disappointing experience.

I have already contacted your support team multiple times regarding this matter and received repeated template responses refusing credit and refusing escalation.
I will email again as requested, but I expect a meaningful resolution rather than another repetition of the same response.

I have repeatedly completed tasks on the FiveSurveys app, but have not been credited.
Support continues to provide template responses, refuses manual payout of current earned balance of £2.61 to my PayPal, ignores requests for management escalation, and has not acknowledged my GDPR / Subject Access Request.
This is the second time the same technical issue has caused my earnings to be withheld.
I will now be escalating this matter further to the ICO for GDPR compliance and to UK consumer protection authorities regarding withheld funds.
I hope FiveSurveys resolves this fairly, but the issue remains unresolved.

Unfortunately Surveys repeatedly fail to credit.
Five Surveys say that they only host the surveys and are not responsible for the survey provider’s actions when the survey fails to credit
The surveys they host regularly stop
Working or screen you out even when you have completed the whole survey. So you can spend a lot of wasted time not being credited.
In my view Five Surveys need to give the survey provider’s set criteria for screening out or failed surveys due to technical issues instead of telling their users bad luck there is nothing we can do about it
They should start charging the survey providers and crediting the users so that the survey providers have an incentive to improve their systems because at the moment their system is very unfair
As you can see from the reply below Five Surveys just respond with a standard reply which they have used all over this website. They have no concerns for the users of the website or any intentions to improve the experience

Spend at least an hour each day trying to complete surveys and always do not qualify or start and then it shuts down on me. Don’t understand how some people manage to make hundreds of pounds! I have been using Five Surveys for a while and successfully withdrew rewards many times before (around $300 total).
Recently, I completed a large game offer (Signal) worth $345 after playing for more than two months, including spending my own money in the game. The reward was pending for several days and then was credited into my balance.
However, when I tried to withdraw as usual, I received the message:
“User is not reward eligible.”
Since then, I have been unable to withdraw any amount, even small rewards.
I contacted support multiple times. They repeatedly responded with generic messages like “we are reviewing” but provided:
No case number
No clear status (approved/pending/denied)
No timeframe for resolution
Eventually, support closed the interaction without resolving the issue.
This experience has been extremely frustrating, especially after completing a long offer and having the reward added to my balance but being blocked from cashing out.
I have screenshots of my balance, the error message, and the support conversation.
I am posting this review to warn others and to request a clear resolution.

At first, 5Survey was good for me and I made around $200. Later, when I still had $50 left, I couldn’t withdraw it anymore. Almost every survey started saying I wasn’t qualified or screened me out immediately. I even opened a new account and updated my details, but nothing changed. It feels like a technical issue with no clear explanation. It worked well at the beginning, but became unreliable later on.

You always get screened out.
Before you start the actual survey, and when the surveys are completed without any reward.
It is always the same message that you receive,it is not our problem, we don't get paid if you don't get paid.

This is the second review I’m leaving because I just wanted to make sure it was seen. By other people to warn them and by this scratchy ass company. I was having issues cashing out and I was and still am not able to get a response from anyone. I did everything they told me, verified my account and again emailed them as they told me to do and not a word from them still. I haven’t been able to cash out in a week. Honestly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. It’s insane.

I was actively completing Surveys up until December and then I was constantly screened out and every single time I contacted Support they gave the same generic response! I feel like it’s a technical issue or they flagged my account but either way they don’t seem to care or try to correct the issue! After 2 years I uninstalled and to be honest I think it’s because I’m a top earner! Js I give them NO STARS!!! I do not recommend at all!!!!!

I spent 4 hours trying to get to the full 5 dollars to cashout, I put my phone number in and they accepted the review of my account but it wont let my cashout due to a technical error. Ive tried this on many accounts and they all wont let me cashout due to a technical error. This website is a fraud, they make you do surveys just to ban you so you cant cashout. They want to steal your money!!! I would also like to add that support does absolutely nothing. They ignore you the whole time and I havent gotten an email back for 3 months for my other accounts that were banned. All they are gonna do is reply with the same bot message to my review so there is no point. Guys just do not use this app its a complete scam with fake reviews.
