Lack of communication

We were a little frustrated when we didn’t have regular updates on the repair schedule for our vehicle. We understand the logistics in obtaining parts but would have liked regular updates on when our vehicle would be collected. On the pre-arranged day of collection I called the Yeovil Branch to be told it was going to be delayed until the following Monday. Then later that day a further phone call to say that it would be collected that Friday afternoon.

The repair work carried out on my Audi Q3 was very good. However, the communication on when my vehicle would be ready was exceptionally bad.

Messages to me from different departments of this company were conflicting.

The guys at fix auto where fantastic always kept me up to date with the updates on my car big thumbs 👍 up thanks guys

Can't fault the work carried out but the communication was very poor. I had to keep phoning the head office to be put through to the garage dealing with my car as I wasn'tgiven a direct numberb& despite them saying every time that they would get back to me with updates, never did.
