Great communications
Great communications, friendly team with good advice. My car took slightly longer than anticipated but they kept me up to date via text messages all the way.
The reception area is friendly and well looked after. The car came back to me looking like new!

1 Great vehicle delivery service…
1 Great vehicle delivery service provided, but disappointingly no collection service available.
2 Lovely bodywork repairs, and cleaned and valeted.
3 Repairs included front bumper, but now the windscreen demister does not work correctly.
4 A new remote control battery was fitted in April, but it was returned with a flat battery!

We did collect your vehicle from you, but it looks as though you collected the vehicle from us once completed as we were fully booked with one driver available at the time. We do apologise for the inconvenience, but some staff issues are unavoidable. With regards to your window demister issue, it seems this is the first we have been made aware of it. We are more than happy to investigate if you can contact us directly on 0208 391 8700 / chessington@fixauto.co.uk Regarding the key battery issue, this is highly unusual and we cannot see why this would be the case. I would assume the retailer would offer a replacement if under a year old but as a gesture we will take a look if you have a continued problem.

She even went so far as to transport me to collect the repaired car as through a personal tragedy I couldn't get there. She followed up then to make sure all was well and offer advice.
