Great experience and would recommend to anyone. quick, clean and friendly service

Used this company twice now after 2 hit and run collisions.
Last year damaged on my street and same again this year.
Fix Autos have been Amazing from day one
Communication is 1st class from dropping off my car and picking up a replacement to collection just over a week after.
The lovely ladies in reception are really friendly and I was updated with a text throughout the process.
I collected my car today and it looked like it did the day I drove it out of a Showroom.
Absolute fantastic job! Thanks to everyone involved at Fix Autos and keep up the good work 👍

Fix Auto did a good job of correcting some damage to my car's body work following an accident.

However, they were instructed by the insurance company. This meant they would not give me a print out of the work completed on my car.

Whilst the car was with them, it also proved impossible to find out whether any damage had been done to the steering (I tried on several calls). Even now I have the car back, I have no idea of what they did or didn't do. (apart from the body work repair).

This isn't great since I'm the one that owns the car and the service history.

I think they should have asked the insurance company to review them instead of myself, since they clearly consider the insurance company to be their client.

All in all, I would prefer dealing with a smaller company where you can talk to someone who's worked on the car and can find out what's been done and what hasn't been done.

Great company with the staff keeping us well informed throughout the time they had our car. Work completed to a high standard within the time frame they said. Staff helpful with any questions we had.

We went in yesterday (without an appointment) as our car door had come apart from the internal panel. I spoke to a lovely lady, Rachel who told us to come in and that they would have a look.

We were looked after by Arnie who immediately found out the issue and informed me that that team were rectifying the car door whilst we waited in reception (for approx 30 minutes).

As I had the children with me, Arnie went above and beyond to take my little boy around the workshop and show him the cars being repaired including some of his favourite cars! It was such an amazing experience for my child and something that they didn’t have to do!

The door was fixed promptly and the team were beyond welcoming, helpful and kind! A great experience where customer service exceeds expectations!

Friendly courteous service the Yaris Cross badge was missing and the chap said they would probably drop it off as soon as it arrived as it only needs pushing into its clips. Very good of them. They also kept me informed stage by stage via texts which was great as I knew when to expect the car returned.
