They collected my vehicle at the time arranged and the repairs have been done to a high standard.
My car was not ready for collection on the day it was meant to be ready, and even the following day, it wasn’t ready until after 4.30.

The female staff were friendly, patient and helpful on the phone and guided me through the process.
The person who delivered the courtesy car could have been more helpful. When I asked him if there was a manual he said “Yes”. There wasn’t so I had to ring their office several times to find out how to work things. They kept me well informed on the progress of the repairs.

Car was taken in for repair after an accident.
Has come back with a active drivetrain fault which was not active when they took the car and are refusing to take responsibility. Will never be using them again as this now has to come out of my pocket and our inconvenience. Go with a more reputable company instead.

Whilst we appreciate your frustration, your comments paint a different narrative to the situation. Firstly, you stated your tyre pressure light was never on and this was down to us. We emailed you copy photos you sent us in December for an estimate of your vehicle outside of your home with the light on and you accepted you had not realised it was on but it clearly was before we had the vehicle in. The fault you are referring to above, we spent over an hour with you, running through the diagnostics on the vehicle with the reports from the pre diagnostic we carried out before repairs which had the faults causing this issue registered thereby giving you the evidence the fault is pre existing. The fault that is permanently stored is the transmission oil: shelf life exceeded - which is a maintenance issue. A quick bit of research online shows that this fault effects the drivetrain and can place the vehicle into limp mode. We have explained this to you and your insurer and offered you a copy of the diagnostics report which you refused. We would always deal with issues that we felt were caused whilst in our care and our staff are company are extremely reputable. I appreciate it is not the answer you wanted but we cannot be held responsible for maintenance issues for which we can clearly evidence is the problem in this case.

We agree the repair should have been a lot shorter than they were but as communicated with you, we required a part that Landrover had on a back order and was required to make your vehicle water tight which stopped us from being able to work around it. Unfortunately manufacturers having delays impacts owners like yourself and us as as repairers. As you know we pre-estimate to avoid issues as much as possible but like in this case, if it's a part we cannot see until stripping the vehicle we have to order and wait for confirmation from the supplier. Very good repair quality, overall positive experience
The car required a new rear bumper, which was repaired and painted to a high standard. The vehicle was returned professionally cleaned, and I received regular updates throughout the process.
The only downside was some communication around timelines. The initial appointment was over a month after the incident, Although the work was completed in under 10 working days and to a good standard, clearer expectation-setting would have improved the experience.
