Excellent and friendly communication is what sets this garage apart. It's easy to get through to them on the phone and you then get helpful information. Whilst the car was with them, they sent text updates. The car was ready a couple of days earlier than they estimated. The repair looks great and the car was returned clean.

Great, seamless service and repairs have come out amazing. There was weekly text message updates which were very helpful and they arranged collection and delivery of our vehicle which helped us a lot given the nature of our business. Would highly recommend.

It took 3 weeks for a small repair
No courtesy car available unless I had waited longer to book the car in. Thinking it would only be a few days for a small repair, I consented. But I was without a car for 3 weeks (21 days) until I received my car back. This was really difficult to manage visits, hospital appointments, dentist, collecting prescriptions, blood tests , eye test etc. The repair was good and the car clean however.

thank you for your review, I can see that we after you declined the courtesy car for booking in and when you dropped off your car you enquired about a courtesy car and the staff explained that we have to pre book cars to customers, they offered to arrange one once they had one spare but the date of availability was not suitable. We do advise all customers repairs are on average 7-10 working days with a lot of suppliers having parts delays and any unforeseen delays. I am sorry you had an inconvenience, we would always recommended if you have important appointments to attend, to book in with a replacement vehicle.

Repairs to Car after Head on Collision
I was involved in a head on collision resulting in significant damage to my vehicle. I arranged for the car to be delivered to Fix Auto, Chessington for it to be repaired. The service was brilliant from start to finish! The team were friendly, honest, and kept me updated throughout the repair. They explained everything clearly and the work was done to a really high standard. The car repair was perfect now and the turnaround time was quicker than expected. I’m really impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fix Auto, Chessington.
