Quick 10 working day turnaround
Stuart Roden Motors FixAuto were super efficient.
Car was picked up on 14/04/2025 and ready on 25/04/2025.
Courtesy car was a small city car (automatic) which is what I wanted due to driving an automatic myself.
Only down side was that I couldn’t take my dog in the car due to their policy and no dog stickers on the windscreen.
Customers should be notified of this when initially contacting to arrange a courtesy car.
Apart from that, I would highly recommend them.
Whole front bumper, sensors and number plate replacement.

Positive experience at a stressful time
The reception staff and bodyshop experts were approachable and communicated well throughout what would otherwise have been a stressful period. There was a waiting time of 3 -4 weeks for a courtesy car but this was explained at the outset and I was able to plan around this.

Hit & Run Repairs
Overall, very happy with the repairs to my car and I was happy with the service received at Fix Autos Edinburgh West. Only criticism is that I was not given a precise timeline as to when my repairs would be completed. However, it was during the Christmas & New Year period so I can understand it is a difficult time of year to give accurate time scales of repairs.

Repairs to my car was ok but the doors aren’t correctly aligned and my bonnet has chips out of the paint work that wasn’t on the car prior to it going away

Brilliant work!
Had my front bump repaired by them. I didn’t like the original boring design ( 2018 Mercedes C class), so suggested them to get the GT style aftermarket grille from eBay and the rest from Mercedes. Yes they did exactly what I wanted, and final price was very reasonable ( even insurance covered the most). Timing wise they completed everything earlier than I expected so I can get the MOT soon - what a save before the Christmas chaos! Both Picking up and dropping off like timed. Very nice people and well done!
