What a fantastic service from beginning to end. I couldn’t find fault with anything. A silly accident meant a delay in trading in my car and I was amazed how quickly the work was completed. Third time we used Fix Auto also known as Patterson's.
Their workmanship is second to none. Communication is excellent and everyone bends over backwards to sort things out. They deal constructively and helpfully with the insurance company too.
Of particular note is Sam who goes far above and beyond when it comes to customer service.
Of interest to readers, their guarantee really works, unlike many repairers.' After replacing a bumper and quite some time elapsing the headlight washer flap became an issue. Clearly not their fault as it came as a component of the original equipment bumper that was replaced. Even so, no quibble, no issue, they just fixed it. Another time they located damage hidden from view, so not in original claim. They repaired it and sorted the insurance side out.
Brilliant place all round. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Fix Auto UK of Felixstowe were very efficient and helpful from the start of my car repair. The receptionist, Claire, quickly arranged for a car hire when I left my car at the garage to be repaired. I was kept informed of progress throughout the process and the finished result was excellent. I would definitely recommend Fix Auto UK.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the service which I received from Fix Auto (Pattersons) in Felixstowe. The repairs to my car should have been relatively straightforward. However, it was beset with problems.
First, there were delays in obtaining all necessary parts from Germany. Then, further damage was discovered. The car was put back together to enable me to use it whilst I waited for further new parts. All work was completed and everything was thought to be complete. I was well pleased.
Then, some months later, it was discovered that there had been internal electrical damage to the retractable tow ball and I made a further claim to the insurers, who adamantly refused to accept that the damage was likely to have been caused by the accident.
Fix Auto provided a first class analysis by way of report and eventually, after some weeks of further prevarication, the insurers were reluctantly persuaded to agree to the further work. I have no doubt whatsoever that the professional report from Fix Auto (provided at no cost to me) was a major factor in obtaining this outcome.
Throughout this saga, which lasted over a year, Fix Auto have gone above and beyond what I could reasonably ask, providing a nice courtesy car on all three occasions and even returning my car at the end, to my home, 30 miles away.
In addition, the standard of the work is outstanding.
I cannot recommend Keith, and his team, highly enough!

The entire process of getting my car repaired was simple and hassle free. From initial contact, to agreeing a date for repair, to car collection and return, all staff at the Felixstowe location were pleasant, helpful and professional.
