Very good service in terms of accident damage repair. However replacement car too small to drive comfortably.

Did a thorough job repairing my car. Took a little longer due to getting extra parts. But job done properly. Never can get though on phone but drop an email and they respond reasonably soon
And my car delivered back cleaned inside and out

They did a fantastic job of replacing the door. It would have really helped if they had explained about the reverse gear, as it was different to any I have had before, or maybe just put a sticker on the dashboard explaining how to use it.

Work completed to good standard and no issues, courtesy car given for duration of work. Even cleaned my car inside and out :)

First class service from start to finish. Kept me informed at every stage of the process and repair was done quickly. The receptionist is a delight to speak to and could not be more helpful.

This was a repair under my insurance. Company was very helpful by fitting in the repair while I was away on holiday. Drove me home after I dropped off the car. Added in a repair for me at same time, where I had been scraped in a car park by an unknown driver, at a very reasonable price. I also asked about a small paint chip at the edge of my driver door and was advised that getting a paint pen was probably the best way of touching up but on return of car noticed they had also done this for me. Such a helpful company and the results of the repair and paintwork are just great. Everyone I spoke to were just so nice. Thank you.

I have been using this company for many years and they have always done a superb job of repairing my cars from little scrapes to major accidents.
The paint is always an exact match (unlike some companies) and when it’s done you cannot see that it has been repaired as it always looks like the original spec.
James is always very helpful and informative, as is his receptionist Rebecca and I am always kept in the loop with updates on my repair when it is with them.
I always insist on my car being taken to them and they have never let me down, so highly recommend them to others.

Overall good job . Although it did take four months to repair my car ( due to parts being delayed)
