Great work & great customer service! Fix Auto picked up & brought back my car which made things a lot easier for me

Adam was very professional and kept me up to date via email and answered my emails and questions promptly.
I took my car in on the Wednesday and I got a message on the Thursday to pick it up.
I was amazed at the quick repair they done an amazing job, they cleaned my car, I’ve never seen it so clean. I had a fiat 500 courtesy car and it was lovely and clean.
Abbie at reception was very helpful.
I would recommend this company it took about 1 week from getting a quote to getting my car fixed.

I am so pleased with all the staff I have spoken to and had contact with dealing with my car. So quick and efficient and very professional.

Excellent Service from Fix Auto Harlow. From doing the original assessment through to collecting my car fully valeted. Was told it would take a week to repair and that how long it took. A had courtesy car within that time. Highly recommend

Staff either on phone or agents who picked up and dropped off the car were friendly and very helpful. I'd say excellent actually.

Our Motorbility car was collected on the day arranged then we were kept up to date with its progress & were assured it would be completed as promised, which was reassuring as we live in a village & the car is essential, especially having a disabled husband. All the staff were really helpful & friendly.

Cannot recommend Abbey or Nick enough, Abbey went above and beyond to help, every other company I spoke to were completely useless regarding my vehicle, but she was fantastic nothing was too much trouble. They contacted the Insurance company on my behalf and arranged everything for me, made sure a courtesy car was available for me even though they are like gold dust at the minute. I don’t usually do reviews but the service I received was 10/10 if it wasn’t for their company being on the ball I would probably still have my car sitting on the drive waiting to be repaired!

Had my car in for repairs to the front bumper. The work done was of excellent quality & the staff were friendly and communicative, even reaching out to update me of when the drivers returning my car were delayed.

Took an extremely long time to return my car. Communication very poor and difficult to get hold of them. Never offered a courtesy car when I was entitled to one.

Following a no fault claim, Body Tec were allocated by our Insurers to carry out the repairs.
From the moment my wife and I met Abbie and Nick, we realised we were in a safe hands .Their very considered approach and full explanation of the repair process and time for repairs made us feel very much at ease.
The daily update on the state of the repairs meant we were able to plan our activities until the car was ready. We were very impressed with the collection process.
Both Abbie and Nick were very supportive and nothing was too much trouble.
I would recommend them wholeheartedly and the service we received was of the highest standard.
