After my insurance company failed to help me in any way! Abbie from Fix Auto Harlow went above and beyond to try and help me resolve my issue. I will be recommending anyone to come here.

My car was scratched and dented by an unknown driver. Insurance company arranged for Fix Auto in Harlow to do the repairs.
Fix Auto arranged to pick up my car and gave me a curtesy car (did not need to ask them) They team gave excellent communication and kept me in the loop during the repair process. It told 10 days for the car to be repaired (I was expecting it to be longer). The car looks like new , cannot see any dents or scratches.

This was the easiest process I have ever gone through, communication was key and 5* the garage called me to tell me where we are with my car and I was informed at all times. Great customer service from everyone and this was delivered to me at work seamlessly

Abbie at Fixauto was such a help. My insurance company really messed me about but she was able to act quickly and secure me a courtesy car when they could not. She kept me informed about the status and whereabouts of my car and the repairs too and went above and beyond to help me at a stressful time.
