Abbie the lady that co-ordinated the repair was exceptional .She really listened to our main concern (we needed an automatic courtesy car) and delivered .She was always honest and straight forward and thats rare these days .I have been running business for over 40 years and you are lucky to have her .The repair was at your Harlow branch.

I am really not one to provide reviews in general and in a world where service levels are generally under duress across all industries I was super surprised by the level of service provided by fixauto Harlow. Both Abbie, Nick and even passing by staff were really friendly and welcoming with a can do attitude. My car was repaired exactly on time, without hitches and to a high quality level. Would wholeheartedly recommend there services, great to have such a family friendly and honest business in Harlow. Massive thank you to Abbie and Nick for making the process so easy.

Not only did she organise everything very quickly, but her manners and empathy were second nature - something that doesn’t come so easily to most.
