The things wrong were lack of communication in first instance.
However all staff were very pleasant & courteous.
The bad experience was the replacement car, the car itself was alright but for me I required like for like the one provided has aggravated all my medical conditions due to being too low.

My car repairs were perfect

Really impressed with the service from beginning to end. The person collecting the car, the quick turnaround of fixing the car and then the delivery.

Very efficient and organised. Excellent repair effected of our car.

Good from start to finish

Did a great job of repairing the car to a high standard. The drivers were extremely polite and willing to go the extra mile however Communication and level of professionalism with the office staff was poor.

Took 3 months to get my car fixed,but I left £60 worth of stuff in the courtesy car,I then called,texted and emailed them and they have chosen to ignore me,Not happy with the customer service at all

Generally happy with service. Courtesy vehicles were very good.
My car was in for paintwork repairs having sprayed with road chipping by an out of control vehicle. Paintwork was extensively damaged all along drivers side and front of car, as well as chipped windscreen and door windows.
Due to parts availability my car was in twice for work doing - and I noticed after first session that a small chip in paintwork on the roof that should have been sorted has been missed.
There followed a long delay before the second visit, prompted only by my calling them to make enquiries.
The paintwork (a tiny chip) was badly touched in but a further visit to my home rectified that.
The incident happened in August - work not completed until April - so a drawn out process due to windows not being available but also I suspect my job being ‘forgotten’ for a while.
Having said that, staff both on phone and in person were friendly and helpful, and the bodywork was completed to a good standard in the end.

Fix Auto as a managing umbrella company are useless at communication. The incompetence of my insurer Axa was compounded by Fix Auto call centre unable to manage the repair. Once talking to the polite friendly staff at Autocraft Keighley things improved
The Bodyshop mechanics however were exceptional in their standard of workmanship under ridiculous pressure from poor parts delivery.
I highly recommend Autocraft Keighley but Fix Auto call centre and Axa insurance please avoid

They have blended the respray on the nearside wing excellently. They kept to the timescale they discussed with me before hand.

Perfect finish on replacement wing.I had to wait for a suitable appointment, but repair wasn't urgent and car was drivable so not an issue. Collection of my car was efficient, with prior phone call, repair was finished on time, and I picked up a very clean car.Good experience with all the people I spoke to and I wouldn't hesitate to use again, but hope I don't have to.

Setting up the repair over the phone was straight forward and simple. The date of my cars collection was on the date that they said, I was informed by phone in the morning of. The repair only took three working days to complete which was convenient and quality of repair was excellent. Again I was phoned on the day of delivery back, to make sure I was present to collect at home. I would highly recommend fix auto Keighley to anybody that is in need of repair.

My Insurance company put me in touch with Fix Auto after an accident that completely wrote off my front passenger door and lower trim of my Honda crv.
The whole experience in dealing with Fix Auto was amazing. They had a cancellation and so were able to do the work immediately. A new door and trim was fitted in 2 days and the finished paint work was perfect. I forgot to mention that the collection and delivery was swift and efficient. I was kept informed throughout the collection repair and delivery. I can highly recommend Fix Auto.

Great service, friendly and experienced staff. I was kept updated at each stage of the repair process. I am very happy with the paint job done to my rear bumper. I will definitely recommend Auto Fix for all your repair needs.

I recently had my car repaired at FIx auto and felt I had to write a review,from start to finish I can’t speak to highly of the service I have received from Fix auto,picked my car when they said,returned my car in the timescale they said,and the quality of repair is outstanding,a pleasure to do business with a company that does what it says.

Fix auto collected my car on the Wednesday & delivered it back the following Tuesday, the repairs have been carried out excellently.
