After a few weeks delay, the car was to be collected on Monday morning. No one contacted me. Eventually it was collected later in the week. Your people were friendly, informative and polite. The car was returned as promised. The job done looks highly satisfactory, appears as good as new.

Fed up of waiting for calls so leaving this out of frustration.
Firstly they were a day late collecting my car.
Then once repaired they crashed one of their trucks into it resulting in extra time in the garage. Fixauto wrongly informed my insurance the works were complete resulting in the off hiring of my courtesy car and the resulting hassle getting that sorted.
My car was due back with a full tank of fuel as an apology for damaging my car but that never materialised and waited over three weeks but my emails/calls are ignored.

The car was picked up at the time arranged and the repair was carried out more quickly than the original estimate.

I was very pleased with the service they provided me with, they made arrangements to collect the car kept me informed of the of the work to be done and the time scale. When it was completed they contacted me to arrange collection or they would deliver it ro my home.

The Initial Communication was swift and helpful. The workshop people were pleasant efficient and very helpful.
The car when it returned was looking very good, it could not be faulted.
A further issue which appeared after the car was returned was dealt with on the spot with again excellent service.

My mini was fixed within record time and there is no evidence whatsoever that it had ever had damage to it.

All members of the team who I spoke to both on the phone and in person were delightful, friendly and informative.

I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Unfortunately my car was involved in a collision with a stationary vehicle and my car took the brunt of the damage although still drive able. I contacted my insurance company and they said Fix Auto Keighley would be in touch shortly which they were ,I explained that my car was due it’s mot in a few days time so they arranged for someone to drop a courtesy car off for me and take my car to the garage to repair.They had my car approx 2 weeks and put it through it’s mot. They delivered it back to me,it was lovely seeing it all fixed and shiny again. Fix Auto Uk were very efficient, they kept me informed all the way through and have done an excellent job on the repair.

Our motobility car has been repaired by the Keighley branch of Fix Auto. When it was collected by them we stressed that my wife needed a replacement car that could accommodate her powered wheelchair. They were unable to provide us with one but promised the repairs would be flagged as urgent. We were delighted when 2 weeks later the car was returned fixed. This deserves a big thank you as using the spare manual chair took my wife's independence away.

The work was brilliant, absolutely no complaints there.

Communication could have been better. Two issues:
1. No co-ordination with car hire company, so someone collected my car and left me stranded then the hire company had to deliver a car to 15 miles away.
2. Fix Autos had my car for 4 days before even assessing the damage. I’d just moved house and would have much preferred to keep my car until they could deal with it. That would also have halved the hire car cost to the insurance company paying for it.

My recent experience with Fix Auto was good but the communication was not as good as the overall body repair to my car. They originally contacted me by telephone to book the car in which was a three week wait due to them being busy which is obviously fine. They then sent a link so I could upload some photographs of the damage but when I came to upload them the link had expired. They sent another link through and I successfully uploaded the photographs. I then had to ring up to ask them to clarify what time their driver would pick up the car and even though we'd agreed a morning pick up it was in their diary for an afternoon pick up. They checked their notes and confirmed it was in their diary wrong which they wouldn't have known about if I hadn't have rung up. The guy picked up the car and told me I would be contacted by the garage to be told how long the repair would take - question why I needed to upload photographs of the damage if it needed to be inspected before a plan could be set down for the repair. The repair was done and the vehicle repaired within a week and the vehicle dropped back off at my home address.

Had an own fault accident insurance put me in touch with Fix Auto who gave me a date to pick my car up for repair and leave me a courtesy car after that the service by all of the staff involved was top quality hopefully last time I will need them but would be happy to have them repair my car again

Good service, damage repaired quickly.

Very professional and straightforward service at Crosshills keighley. The curtesy car was brought to my home and my car picked up.
My car needed the full paint work doing, with replacement Gucci strip, I’m so happy with the finish, it looks like new again.
I had text updates so I knew what was happening and when I would expect my car back.
