Still million miles away from a perfect job I will not recommend for anyone

This body shop was nominated by my insurance company following a nasty collision on the Motorway just prior to Christmas. The garage could not have been more helpful. They arranged collection of my vehicle, providing a courtesy car whilst mine was with them. They kept me updated of progress via email and managed my expectations realistically. I was quite pessimistic with regards to time scales but not only did they collect the vehicle before the on line book in date, it was returned much sooner than I thought. It looks and drives as good as it ever did, and I cant thank everyone enough, including the reception staff, the chap who collected and returned my vehicle and all the engineers/mechanics. Thank you and I would willingly recommend.

Very Happy with the repair carried out on my car, literally collected the day after the incident and ready to collect within 10 days..

Found it very difficult to get updates on my car. There was no communication from the garage. I had to call for an update every day.
When it came to collection, their opening hours make it very difficult for anyone who works 9-5 to collect and they’re not open on the weekend.

After hitting a deer I had a dent in my rear quarter repaired by the team in Kettering. Excellent service, fast repair and flawless workmanship.

Very happy with quality of repairs to damaged bodywork,-looks great.
Customer service also spot-on,-were particularly patient and helpful in trying to help me sort out an issue re. Insurance claim and did their best to resolve through insurers.
Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

Repairs instructed by insurers were completed to a very high standard, beautiful paint finish. Communication with all staff I had contact with during the period of repair was excellent and they answered any questions I had fully which I appreciated. Both courtesy cars I used during the repair period were immaculate and my car was returned in a similarly immaculate condition. I would definitely recommend.

We had our car repaired and couldn't fault the service. It did take longer than expected but they kept us up to date on where they were at with calls & emails. Even had a progress report with pictures.
I'd definitely recommend them.

Fix auto were brilliant from start to finish. They collected my car and dropped me off a suitable car and within in a week my car was fixed and ready to be collected. They kept me informed every step of the way. They had great communication and were very friendly. I cannot fault them.
