They were extremely thorough although speed is not their strong point quality was impeccable. Speed can be down to a number of factors so other cars, and lack of parts did contribute to the 5 weeks.
A superb repair job carried out on my car, I was kept up to date with progress the whole time and the Reception Team was more than friendly.

Great customer service and perfect repair.
This is the 2nd time I have had a car repaired by fix it kettering and each Of these times the guys here have exceeded my expectations with great customer service, timely updates, friendly communication and overall Spot on professionalism which has resulted both times in a perfect repair.
This is why I asked for them again on my 2nd repair as I was so pleased with them on the 1st, I would not hesitate to recommend then to anybody and I hope to not need them again too soon (no more accidents please) but if I do need another repair this is where I will be going.

Helpful and reassuring car repair.
I have been driving for 42 years and this is the first insurance claim I have made on my car as the result of an accident. I have had my mind put at ease by the helpful understanding approach of the staff.I have been kept informed of the repair progress by phone and received photos of my car at each stage of the work carried out. My car was also collected and returned to my house.I would not hesitate to recommend the Kettering branch of Fix auto U.K.

Had car keyed all down one side. Found Fix Auto easy to deal with. Had courtesy car ready when I arrived. Did excellent job on car. Would recommend.

Excellent service. Highly recommend.
Never knew this place existed until my car needed body work after an accident. But what a amazing service - excellent communication from start to finish. Very friendly and polite staff. I was also kept up to date with the repair progress with photos. My car was returned 2 weeks later looking as good as new and cleaned inside and out!
