Service and communication from the team was excellent.
When meeting some of the team 1:1 they were extremely approachable and professional.
With Tesla parts being hard to get it did take a while for the repairs to be completed (outside of Fix Autos control) but I was kept well informed and the work completed was excellent. Car as new! Returned cleaned, washed and tyres polished.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. My car was with Fix Auto for nearly 2 months for minor front-end repairs. Communication was awful throughout, and after getting the car back, I found a serious issue with the steering that they had clearly missed. Despite reporting it, they never followed up. I had to pay out of pocket to fix a damaged track rod that should’ve been addressed in the original repair. Unprofessional, poor service — I won’t be using them again.

As for the fault with your track rod end, your vehicle was given a full wheel alignment and we have a print out that shows no concern of any damaged component, we are quite happy to supply this to you as it is timed and dated with your vehicle registration. Where do I begin.. on the Monday when they were to collect the car they didn’t collect it I had to drive it in. Told would be done and delivered back within 5 days. Rang before closing on the Friday to see what time it was being delivered back, then to be told would take another week. No courtesy car. No update.. nothing.
Got the car back the following Friday after a lot of hassle. Forgot to fix something on it and another thing stopped working the next day.
Absolute nightmare and still not resolved. Receptionist has no customer service skills. Stay clear. Awful company.

Excellent Workmanship
The quality of the workmanship on the car is excellent - I am very happy with the quality of the repairs on the car. My only issue is that I was told it would take about 6 days to complete but took over 2 weeks - accurate information was difficult to obtain.

Great job, friendly service
I spoke with Leslie on the phone to arrange my car repair, collection and car return. Leslie was very friendly and professional. The person that came to collect my car was also pleasant.
As for the car repair itself, I am very pleased. I believe the interior was cleaned too which was a nice touch and gesture.
Further feedback: My car collection time was a little inaccurate, a text message informed me my car would be collected at 11:17am but it was actually collected at 2 or 3pm. I wasn't bothered about a specific time, if the text had said collection between 7am and 7pm, even that would have been better. Rather than receiving inaccurate times.
That being said, this was all more than made up for with a friendly phone call, and, on the day of my car being returned to me, Leslie was quick to arrange a driver and have my car with me in no time at all.
Great job overall, would recommend.

Everything from start to finish was very good from first phone call to the car being returned. We were informed throughout. When the car was returned you couldn't even see were the car was damaged. The car was spotless and even cleaned inside. The only issue for us was the courtesy car only had 2 seats in the back

My car was in garage a week longer than…
My car was in garage a week longer than timeframe originally given - I understand delays may happen however whenever I rang to enquire I was told it would be ready the next day on 2 occasions and this wasn't the case. Did not receive any other updates on delay apart from that I had rang to enquire. I was told inside and outside of car would be cleaned however inside of car was not cleaned.
On a positive note the pick up and drop of was seamless and good communication during this process.
Very pleased with work completed on exterior of car.
