This is my experience with body repairs in Northern Ireland. The service was really good. I reduced a star only because they did not communicate in advance to me the change in claim amount. Technically the service is very very good

Fantastic
Car was in for repair, took just under 2 weeks. Courtesy car provided and my car picked up and delivered to my doorstep. Perfect colour match on repaired panels. (And I am very particular!)
One minor thing I wasn’t happy with, but the team took the car back and had it sorted within 24 hours.
Great communication from Alex in the office and guys in the garage know what they are doing.

5* Brilliant staff, drivers and work!
Very competent Company. We had very helpful staff on other end of phone, and kept us updated with what was happening. Left replacement automatic car which we needed! On the same day which was fantastic as the came from Lurgan. Our car came back to us like new, a cow hit our bonnet+. Don't have dates but I'd say it took 2 weeks? August 24!

Got my car repaired here and while it took a long time I was kept informed by both Alex and Leslie. The delay was fue to parts and the complex repair required but at least they explained it and did manage to reduce the time from 10 weeks expected down to 7 so no complaints there
