These guys are amazing!

Took my car in for a door repair. Outside was pretty badly dented and scratched, they fixed it quickly and did such a good job you wouldn’t even know my car had been damaged in that spot.

Definitely recommended for body work if you need it

The garage did an excellent job with the actual repairs on our car and from that point of view we cannot fault them. However, they had our car for approximately 5 weeks in total and we had to often chase them for an update on the progress of the repairs which was not ideal, that tied in with the fact that there were no courtesy cars available for the first two weeks of them having our car made it quite disappointing and frustrating. I appreciate that some factors are out of the control of the staff at the garage but communication from them at times could have been better.

Helpful communication about the plan for my car repair and the process in regard to insurance and courtesy car. This was maintained throughout in a professional but friendly manner that gave me assurance about the work underway. An extra star for Darren Phillips who was my direct link, informative, helpful, knowledgeable and considerate.
Car repair was great; looks like new and a valet to top it off. Excellent repair, excellent service.

I was disappointed with the service following my car repair after a minor accident. The repair significantly exceeded the original timeframe, and I felt the delays were poorly communicated. I declined the courtesy car, and it seemed this may have influenced the level of service I received. I was given inconsistent reasons for the delay—first staff absence, then parts availability. Communication was one-sided: updates only came when there was good news, with little transparency otherwise. While I did receive a fuel top up as compensation, the overall experience left much to be desired.

Communicated with me throughout, fixed my car earlier than inspected and compensated me for not getting a courtesy car. Bringing my car back to me was very helpful too.

Great communication. Turned my car around within two working days (I was expecting it to be much longer). They offered to do some extra work at a decent rate. Pick up and drop off was very convenient and on time. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable about the industry. Would definitely use them again.

Darren made my experience great, after i was burgled and my vehicle was stolen with extensive damage done, Darren kept me informed at every step. He was personable, friendly and very knowledgeable. Always reassuring me and a down to earth lad , give him a promotion :)

Booked in through Third Party Insurance Company to repair front bumper which was damaged in an accident, its was too badly damaged to repair so had to replace it. Very happy with the quality of work as after respray car looks like new with perfect colour match. They even picked up the car and delivered it back to me which was great. Highly Recommended!!
