The service that I received from beginning to end was first rate - whether that was from the Hub or the staff at the repair centre. It was easy to arrange a date for the repair, contact was maintained throughout the car's repair and the link that they had with the courtesy car hirer made the whole process stress free and seamless. The quality of the repair was faultless, as was the explanation of what had been done. A totally professional experience from a first
class team and based on my experience I would fully recommend them.

Great service from this company. They always kept me informed about the progress of my claim and subsequent repair. They collected my car and delivered it back to me when it was finished. It’s a perfect job, the guys were great. Can’t recommend enough. Utterly trustworthy.

Good communication is everything. The team communicated well from first contact. The snow in January put the repair back by 2-3 weeks but the team contacted me in plenty of time, re-arranged the courtesy car(Enterprise Hire) and were ready for drop off on 30/01. Darren explained the process and checks really well.

Admiral forgot to knock off the excess(third party fault) so I had a bit of calling round to do. The team at Fix Auto kept me up to date with their notification of this so that I could pick up the car in a timely fashion and not get lumbered with the excess.

The job looks well executed and finished and the car was cleaned and pristine on collection.

Great service and great people all around. Darren even came and collect even with all the icy conditions! Fantastic work on my vehicle and came back pretty much as good as new.
