Fix Auto did my repair after I hit a post. Damage was more extensive than I would have expected from a very low speed collision. The car has just been returned looking absolutely superb! They’ve even polished the body work, and you would never know it had been damaged. I’m very pleased indeed.

My Tiguan was hit by a courier driver, who left the scene without leaving any details and caused significant damage to my vehicle 1 week before Christmas. I had to get to London the next day for work and the team delivered a courtesy car the same day so I could remain mobile. The whole service from collection and repair to delivery was very smooth and the team did a fantastic job. I received regular updates with timings and details of progress. Darren in particular was excellent and offered advice and information each time I spoke with him which was both useful and detailed. Darren made the whole experience very stress-free. Thank you to the rest of the team for managing the repair and getting my vehicle back on the road as soon as possible.

Our car was broken into and the built in satnav stolen. Fix Auto were brilliant- they came to collect our car, brought it back same day after not only replacing the satnav but also having given the car a fabulous valet- it looked as good as new both inside and outside. Communication was excellent throughout as well.
It’s distressing when someone breaks into your car and so little things like that make a lot of difference.

Repairs are 1st Class, only one slight point to mention was that interior of car needed some light cleaning of dash, door handles & front carpet (it was spotless when taken in for repair) but this does not detract from the great service from Fix Auto Leeds North, the repairs to the car or service and communications received from Max & James.

Due to a family bereavemnt, Fix Auto re-arranged pick up of my car and liaised with hire company new date so I didn't have to. They have been informative, providing me with updates and delivered my repaired car to the hire place to save me hassle with returning the hire car. My car is like brand new and valetted throughout. Highly professional and friendly staff

Car returned in excellent condition and fully valeted.

Some of the staff in the call centre could do with some additional customer service training but I would not want this to detract from the great service from colleagues in person or the repairs to the car.

My insurers sorted repairs to my car through fix auto following an accident. My car was taken within 48 hours and returned a week later. I was kept up to date with the repairs while my car was in with them and it came back looking as good as new!

Awesome service. The car was delivered back timely, fixed and looking brand new after they cleaned and valeted it.

I had been referred to Fix Auto by my insurance company after my car had been damaged in a RTA. On first contact with Fix Auto I was informed that they were too busy to take a look at the car and lack of communication from the insurance company resulted in a 2 week wait before Fix Auto agreed to view the damage and a date for repair agreed.
Darren and Blake arrived to pick up the car and dropped off a courtesy car. They were delayed en route but had kept me informed as to their ETA.
A week later the car was returned having been repaired to a high standard, and also valeted which was a pleasant surprise.
Darren and Blake were polite, amiable, professional, clean and smart with excellent communication skills.

From start to finish Darren and the team were absolutely amazing. They are such a professional company & have got the job done to the highest possible standard, in an amazing time frame.
So easy to communicate with.
They also cleaned & valeted my car inside & out, which was an amazing surprise to receive once my car had been dropped back off.
