I was very impressed with Fix Auto nothing was to much trouble. They came and picked my car up and delivered back to me when the work was done, which is an excellent job. Fully valeted customer service is excellent highly recommend

A helpful team who dealt with any of my questions and concerns quickly and efficiently. They went out of their way to ensure I was not put out by collecting and delivering my car back. I am very pleased with the paint job they have done.

During the repair I was kept informed. And the repair it self is food but the van as come back covered in dust and paint spray it has taken me all moe ing to clean it.

My car was collected promptly at the time advised, the work completed was immaculate and then my car was delivered back when advised.

Excellent communications throughout. I was kept informed about what was happening and whether the car would be declared a total loss, the level of damage and whether it could be repaired. One the insurance company had given the okay the parts were ordered and work started. The process took only eight days and work was excellent.

Employees within reception, estimating and vehicle collection are welcoming, polite, informative and supportive.
Work undertaken on my vehicle was to schedule and professional.

My vehicle was repaired to an excellent standard and couldn’t be happier with the results! Reception staff were always very helpful whenever I called asking for an update and would never forget to phone be back. The site itself is also very professional and puts you at ease immediately.
