Received text and phone updates, brilliant courtesy car provided - everything happened and was provided exactly as they said it would be. Good service in general and very nice people, the only minor criticism that I have is that it could have been made clearer that the repair time is just an estimate, as in my case I got my car back a day later than I was told it would be ready initially. Otherwise excellent!

Great hassle free experience from start to finish! A quick estimation appointment - toys for my kids to play with while we waited was a fabulous idea.
Driver came to pick my car up and then was dropped back after my repairs were completed. In terms of the work done, you would never know it was damaged so perfect!

My van was repaired a lot quicker that i thought it would be and they did a very good job. They contacted me with an update and then again when it was completed. When i went to pick up the van the staff were very courteous. My van had also been cleaned. Overall I was very impressed.

We had great communication from FixAuto throughout the process, they contacted us quickly once they received the instruction and were able to get the vehicle booked in quickly. The car was collected and dropped off when agreed and the whole experience was seamless for us. We would highly recommend this company.

Would highly recommend Fix Auto. Amazing team a special big thank you to Naomi & Paula, I was having so many problems with my insurance company getting my repair done but they came to my rescue and sorted everything thing out making my experience stress free. Engineers were great too making me a priority after all the problems I had encountered.
