They were the insurance companies nominated repair shop.
The car was collected from our home and a courtesy car delivered at the same time.

Highly Efficient
As soon as our insurer informed us that Fix Auto UK would be the appointed repairer for my vehicle they contacted us almost immediately, arranged for the car to be collected, left us with a courtesy car and delivered it back to us within the 2 week timeframe initially set. Staff were really polite, drivers even popped back to the house at one point and replaced the battery in the ignition key for the courtesy car as it was running low. Highly Recommend.

The staff were helpful
The staff were helpful, the car was collected on the date and approximate time arranged. We were kept up to date with progress and notified of a short delay due to parts, when complete the car was delivered back and the work done was great. Will use again.

Great customer service, work completed to a high standard
Was referred to Fix Auto following a collision, this was done via my insurance company. Within 4 hours of me submitting the claim it had been accepted and Fix Auto had contacted me for damage photos. The next day they got my booked in for the end of the week. They kept me updated whilst I had my car, and managed my expectations well. Incredibly friendly and helpful customer services, including the guys that picked up/dropped off my car. The damage was repaired to a very high standard, I was so pleased with the results. Thank you Fix Auto for making what could have been a very stressful experience, really not stressful at all.
