Returned vehicle without completing the list of damages & added a new fault namely a broken windscreen. Then had the audacity to try & lay the blame on it being “pre accident “ when photos taken before removal clearly proved otherwise. Disgraceful & underhand bodge it & leg it attitude. Ongoing nightmare

As the repairer, we are only allowed to repair what the insurance company authorise (as was explained to you).
Unfortunately, since your insurance company did not authorise the repair to the windscreen nor the damage on the rear, we could not take care of these for you.

Excellent service from Fix Auto UK
I've used Fix Auto UK twice now and on both occasions the work they carried out on my vehicles was exceptional - I couldn't tell there was ever a problem after they finished the job!
Their customer service was also excellent from start to finish. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed and would highly recommend using them.
