Totally recommend this company from Nicky on reception to Scott the Manager. Did diagnosis on my car to fix issues including a slipping clutch. They had my car the next day. Explained all that they needed to do in detail and a fair price. Had my car back promptly and valeted. Car has a new lease of life and runs like a dream. Thank you Scott and team. I can't recommend this car mechanics enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and expertise. A employee called Sam went above and beyond to diagnose and fix the issues with my car efficiently and at a fair price. Not only did they explain everything in detail, but they also provided excellent customer service throughout the process. My car now runs like new thanks to their skilled workmanship. I'll definitely be returning for all my future automotive needs.

Took my car in a while back now as was having some slight problems with it. Dealt with a bloke called Sam, he was just amazing from start to finish kept me updated the whole on on where they was at with it & got it back to me within a few days. Will definitely go back if I need anything doing in the future.

Quickly produced a quote that clearly outlined the work that needed to be done with costs. Organised a date for the work quickly and kept me up to date with progress when they were doing the job. Happy with the finished work.

Scott got my vehicle Collected asap and repair work carried out within the week , all be It minor damage… the repairs carried out much faster than expected, vehicle returned and work inspected was to a very high standard and wouldn’t be able to tell any repair was carried out , top job lads and thanks again 👍

Had some scheduled work with Ben at Lichfield auto fix for some body work ( new doors , re spray and rear quarter repair ) however prior to this I broke down ! The garage was helpful enough to let me be recovered to their location after hours and gave me a courtesy vehicle for the duration of the work . Not only did they do the repair work planned to a great standard ( can’t tell the cars been re sprayed or repaired ) they diagnosed and repaired the break down on site aswell ( alternator) . Really good service , communication and quality throughout dealing with Ben , wouldn’t go elsewhere for repairs in future

Incredible repair centre, brought my car back to better than new. It wasn't a tricky job at all but i was communicated with throughout. 10/10 service from the point of collection to the point of re-delivery

Fix Auto have provided a brilliant service. I have used them a few times now and every time they have given fantastic customer service. From quote stage, through to sorting out of a hire car for me, keeping in touch with me regularly with progress updates.
