My insurance company went through to Vauxhall’s,I cannot Thank them enough the staff we very helpful from receptionist to the drivers,always kept me updated.
They did an amazing job on my car too,it was like a brand new car again inside and out

Fix auto are a truly outstanding company.
During a recent repair I had the pleasure of dealing with Fix Auto who I cannot thank enough, upon taking our car to the very moment it was handed back and beyond the support has been amazing honestly.
Alison really does get things sorted straight away, so that the whole process is simple.
I really had the feeling through out that our car was in the safest of hands and the quality of the repairs carried out were fantastic, you would not even know that a repair had taken place.
It’s been especially hard due to all the covid delays, but fix auto did everything in their power to ensure they achieved the repair in the timescales given which is remarkable considering the difficulties in obtaining parts due to the issues with as I say the covid pandemic.
We never wondered how the car was getting on or how long it may be because the level of communication they provide is excellent. We were constantly kept updated by Alison.

I’d like to say a special thank you to Alison for the very caring, professional yet personalised manner in which she helped us through the process she is a real Asset to fix auto and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
Don’t spend hours searching for a reputable company to carry out your repairs go here and I can assure you that you really won’t be disappointed.

Hoping I don’t need a repair again anytime soon 😂 like but if I did I’d be straight back here!

I was really impressed with the service. As soon as I sent the pictures of the damage that had been done to my car someone rang me pretty much straight away and booked my car in to get fixed. Once the car was picked up I was updated throughout it being repaired and then the car brought back to me by Charlie who was a very nice man. The only issue is it took quite a long time to get fixed but I understand it has been a busy/difficult time with everything that has been going on. Thank you to all involved

Dropped my car in for repair on the day and received a courtesy car which was waiting,wasn’t kept waiting, got on my way.I was kept up to date with messages telling my what part of repair my car was at.When the car was ready I was informed the day before.The car was there waiting and once again straight in and out.very pleased with the service.Very nice and helpful staff.Thank you.

The service I received was excellent from beginning to end, when I had to put my car in for repair.
The team were very polite and helpful.
My car was collected and a replacement car was supplied.
I was kept informed by the repair team of the work that was necessary and how long it would take.
The work carried out on my car was very professional.

Had repairs done to my car following an insurance claim. Cannot fault the service from start to finish. Always kept up to date via calls an texts. Each member of staff i spoke to was informative and friendly. I developed a puncher in my courtesy car and it was replaced within 2 hours.

When my car was returned to me following repairs it had also been through a full valeted. Cannot speak highly enough of the service. Thank you all.

I thought it was a quick process and I was kept updated at every stage of the vehicle being repaired. I didn’t have to chase anyone up which I was pleased about.

Brilliant Service!
Within an hour of me reporting my accident Fix Auto were on the phone arranging pick up of my car. The work took approximately 2 weeks due to waiting on a part but the communication throughout has been excellent. My car was dropped of to me yesterday looking brand new...and a lot cleaner than when the picked it up!

Within minuets of the reported claim they was on the phone telling me when the car was to be collected and loaned me a car. The work was great the only downside was I would have liked it to have had a full vallett before delivery but never mind jobs a good one

Couldn’t have been more helpful! So friendly and kept in great contact with other me in letting me know where the work on my car was up to. Couldn’t recommend more so quick and done a lovely job !

First time I’ve used a body shop for repairs in 30+ years of driving (thankfully).. this company was my insurers choice and they were brilliant... contacted me within hours of my claim being approved; gave me the choice of regular updates of my repair: staff were excellent..courteous and professional....very covid conscious!
