Fantastic service from start to finish. Picked my car up and dropped a courtesy car off for me to use, they fixed my car and let me have updates on the progress. The auto shop done an amazing job on the bodywork of my car, you couldn't tell it had been in an accident.
Brilliant, professional and friendly

Fix Auto were absolutely incredible from start to finish, the only thing I had to was take the car for pre assessment to there site in Liverpool. They took pictures of the damage, arranged for parts to be ordered (if required) and arranged for a courtesy car and booked my car in to fix all in the space of approximately 15 minutes, when that was done they said they would contact me nearer the time to confirm that everything was OK and arranged a time to drop off the courtesy car and collect mine as arrived. They stook to there arrangement and sure enough the cars were swapped overand mine was taken to be fix. They then phoned to notify me that the repairs had been carried out and the car was ready to be returned to me so again they arranged a drop of time and delivered it back on time. The whole way through the process I was kept in the loop and knew what stage the car was at . The staff and Albi the driver where excellent and I can't thank the team enough.

Good service - I was kept up to date by regular text messages and my car delivered back to me at work when it was ready

Excellent service,hire car delivered promptly my own car returned within days with a good valeting.

Kept us very well informed of progress. but unfortunately when they sprayed the rear bumper they didn't fade it in to the old paintwork so left a different coloured edge which isn't that noticeable except to an anorak like me. Serves me right for watching detailing videos during lockdown. Driver was nice and car was valeted on return and made an effort to return promptly

Spot on service. Driver clipped my wing mirror, sent photos of damaged mirror and good opposite mirror. Ordered part, drove in and part was fitted within 20 mins. Really pleasant staff that i dealt with. Deffo recommend fix auto. 👌👌
