Efficient, trustworthy and excellent communication throughout. I was kept fully updated exactly when they said they would update me, which really helped build confidence. They managed my expectations clearly around timescales for the repair and everything happened as explained.
I have never needed to have my car repaired following an accident before, so I was quite nervous about the whole process, but the team at Fix Auto UK - Mid Cheshire reassured me every step of the way. A very professional and supportive service I would recommend them without hesitation.

Definitely recommend this place for car repairs

I recently reversed into a tree at low speed and caused what looked like minor damage to the rear bumper and door of my brand-new Mazda. Unfortunately, the damage turned out to be more extensive than I first thought. I took the car to Fix Auto Mid Cheshire, as they’re a Mazda-approved repairer, and I’m so glad I did.

I met Phil, who clearly explained what needed to be done and how they would approach the repair. I was particularly worried about matching the Soul Crystal Red paint, but Phil reassured me they had perfected the process—and he was absolutely right.

Phil also took the time to look over the rest of the car and spotted a small paint imperfection on the bonnet, advising me to take it back to Mazda. Mazda agreed to repair it under warranty, and Fix Auto Mid Cheshire carried out both jobs together.

Throughout the whole process, Phil kept me fully updated, and I always felt my car was in the best possible hands. When I got it back, it looked as good as new—a truly fantastic job. I couldn’t be happier with the result.

I can’t praise Phil enough for his superb customer service. If only all companies were this easy to deal with! Highly recommended.

The bodywork was in rough shape after the crash, but the team did an outstanding job restoring it. The finish is smooth, the paint matches perfectly, and the car genuinely looks as good as new.

My car had to go in for repair after someone backed up in to the side of it. I cannot thank Steve and Phil enough for making the process so smooth. I was kept informed every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble. Very quick responses to any questions I had. When my car was repaired I was delighted with the end result. Excellent service from start to finish. Kept up to date with repair status, dropped and picked up from very local courtesy car hire place and the car came back gleaming inside and out. Fabulous paint repair and the tam very polite, courteous and very professional. Highly recommend.
