Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. The front bumper and grilles were reinstated to the Polo under insurance plus I additionally paid for work to rear bumper. The car was retuned today in excellent condition and the quality of their workmanship was obvious. A quality service at a reasonable cost is rare today. I am happy to recommend this company.

Very Pleased
Everybody I spoke to were very helpful and accommodating. The work was excellent and quickly completed. Then my car was returned earlier than I expected, which I was very pleased about.

Took my car here to get a quote for…
Took my car here to get a quote for damage caused in an accident, the man said he would email me a quote but never did. I have called a number of times and been fobbed off. I will now need to take it somewhere else which is difficult as I am disabled. I would not recommend going here they don’t seem to want the business

We do charge an upfront cost for any estimates that relate to a private repair. This would then be taken off of the final bill once the agreed upon repairs are completed.
Unfortunately we operate with two estimators and both have taken ill/ holidays over this week. Therefore we are trying to pick up the work and being an insurance approved repairer, these will take priority.

Great work - No issues
Great experience, they arranged collection of my vehicle, the work took 2 days to complete. Advised me to come and get my car and happy for me to leave my hire car to make it easy for everyone. Would use again

Amazing
Great company to deal with. My car was damaged when a car I was going past opened their door. Took off the wing mirror, damaged the front and rear passenger doors and took off the door handle. Spoke to my insurer (Admiral) who advised this was their authorised repair local to me.
Accident was on Thursday 1pm and insurance informed within 15mins. Fix Auto called Friday morning to ask for photos to check extent of damage and communicate with the insurance company. Monday morning got a call and car was booked in for collection or delivery on Wednesday. As they open at 07:30 meant I could drop off on my way to work. Quickly turned around on collection and got a nearly brand new courtesy car. I estimated it would take 4 days to fix and got a call on Monday afternoon to collect. Damage was invisible, car immaculate - was cleaner than when I bought this car second hand from a dealer who had done full deep clean. Even the boot was spotless and got all the cat fur off, from our cat who goes on holiday with us!
From contact to get photos to collecting the car took under 10 days and under 5 days (4 if discount Sunday) for the repair.
Amazing work ethic, super friendly staff, amazing communication - each call if missed was followed by a text to say what they called about, rapid phone responses. So glad Admiral use them and wouldn't hesitate to use them as a private customer.

I can't recommend Fix Auto Mitcham highly enough. They were selected by my insurers to do some extensive bodywork repairs to my car and did an excellent job! Steve who collected and delivered my car was helpful, respectful and charming! James, the manager, was great, calling me to arrange my car's return at my convenience. The whole process was faultless and I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service
The courtesy I received from Chris and his team was superb. There was no drama or delay. Everything was explained, they provided the loan car when they said they would. They contacted me to advise on progress. And then the swap pack/ pick up of my car could not have been more pleasant. Superb service and my car looks great again too!!! I’m delighted.
