Really good service. The people at Fix Auto are really helpful and you feel like they want to look after you. I should have checked the car though before I took it back (I couldn't because I had Covid) and we missed that my satnav/app connect hadn't been re-enabled. Took it back though when I realised and all sorted.

Had to put my car in this garage due to an insurance claim. I thought I would have to take it to thegarage they however collected and dropped off my car when the job was complete. The repair was outstanding, you would never know it had been damaged. Absolutely fantastic service.

Marvelous and extremely fast service
Marvelous and extremely fast service. Courteous and friendly staff. My car went into the garage on the Thursday following my car being hit outside my house and received it back on the following Wednesday complete. I would definitely recommend this garage.

The service centre was so helpful
The service centre was so helpful. Friendly staff, updates in the progress of the repairs and delivered my clean and shiny fixed car back to me! Not that I ever want my car to be crashed into again - but it was a great service from them.

Very Satisfied Customer
I received amazing service from start to finish.
Telephone conversation was polite and helpful I was given a date for my car to be collected however due to work commitments I had to change date and that was not a problem for FA they soon booked my car in for repairs.
The car was collected from my residence by 2 gentlemen who were polite and accommodating they even chased the Rental Car Company on my behalf and did not take my car until I had confirmation.
The same gentlemen delivered my car after the repairs and they were polite , friendly and helpful I had missed several calls during the day trying to have my car delivered however I did not have the opportunity to return the call until nearly 5pm but FA was kind enough to deliver the car late evening. The repairs and the presentation of my vehicle was immaculate. All in all they went above and beyond and I am an extremely satisfied customer. Thank you.
