Good clean job. Lovely colour match
Good clean job, great colour match, cant see where the damage was. Pretty no nonsense, Arranged the repair without a very long wait time; picked up my car leaving me one and brought mine back collecting the courtesy car. All very easy.
Just 2 small points to feedback on comms. The suggested estimate for duration of repair was only a week but it took longer which wouldn't have been an issue if I had been told 10 days at least at the offset.
The insurance status of the courtesy car wasn't clearly explained. I didn't think of that until the car was collected assuming it would be covered as part of the service but when I subsequently looked at the paperwork it said being insured was my responsibility. Hope I wasn't driving around uninsured? :(

Absolutely brilliant service. Conrad was very helpful in sorting out my booking, and the technician who did the work was clearly very experienced at investigating the water leak which had appeared to be coming from the seal around the rear windscreen. In the event, however, he found that the water was in fact coming from a perished seal around the high-level break light--so he did not have to remove the rear windscreen after all.
