Excellent!
FixAuto Newton Abbot repaired a large scrape along the side of my car in September 2024. It has endured bright sunny days, winter dirt, repeated washing, and is still an excellent match for shape, smooth finish and colour. They were a pleasure to deal with, both in person and on the phone.
I wouldn't wish to need car body repairs again, but if I deal with any company – it would be them. Am currently arranging insurance for next year, and will choose an insurer that uses them, even if it costs a bit more.

I have no complaints, great company
I have no complaints about this company, their communication was brilliant and kept us up to date with progress every step of the way once Toyota contacted them regarding the damage to my car.
The repair work was quick as my car was made priority it was back in a little over a week and not the advised 5-6 weeks.

Excellent repair but had to chase the booking.
Excellent service and repair. I have not given 5 stars since had to chase the booking since the proposed date was well past and I received no update. The workshop was also switched from Crediton to Newton Abbot.

The team booked my car in as soon as they could. Updates were made throughout, the gentlemen who delivered both my courtesy car and my repaired car were friendly and polite. The work done on my car was superb, excellent quality and would highly recommend.
