Fab service and work. My car was collected from home, repaired and returned (washed, hoovered and reparied!) very quicly.

Brilliant repair.
Updated me along the way, work was delayed slightly when they found an issue that would take longer but they were prompt contact me along the way.

Any car was involved in a hit and run , and my insurance team handed the case to fix auto for the repairs. My car was picked up only a few days after the crash and I was given a good little courtesy. Jamie was brilliant at keeping me in the loop of what was going on, also helped me understand it all when I had some questions. If he missed a call from me , he called me back within the same hour! Excellent team, mechanics themselves went above and beyond to help me. Not only did they fix the collisions damage, but they changed my bulbs for me, and sorted out my CV joint. Lovely little team you’ve got. Thank you so much for your work.

More than satisfied with all aspects of Fix Auto's work for us. They were nominated by the insurance company of someone who reversed into front of our Toyota CH-R in a parking lot. Ours was roadworthy, but front bumper needed a full replacement, so we drove over to their location, Heathfield Industrial Estate, just off the Devon Expressway. Their assessor carried out a thorough examination. Our car was picked up next day at same time as delivery of a good courtesy car. All parts acquired and excellent repair completed in 4 working days. A smooth operation carried out in a well-equipped workshop, by staff with impressive attitude and expertise. Happy to recommend Fix Auto Newton Abbot!

Skeptical about dropping off my vehicle with the loan car company and picking it up from them in case there were any issues when I collected it, but all was good and repaired as agreed so I am a happy customer 5*

Excellent work on the replacing my car driver wing mirror, Linda was very helpful in the early stages, also was informed of when the order was placed & when the mirror was delivered, also called me to arrange time & place to pick up the car and drop the courtesy car. Brilliant service all round. The repair time was quite quick and very impressive. The repair was carried out to a good standard as a new car, and also the car was cleaned and valeted. Many thanks for a good work, you are a star team.

My car was picked up from my front door and delivered back looking pristine. There was a slight delay as some parts were delayed in delivery and they discovered extra parts and work had emerged. Nevertheless, I was kept in contact and informed of the situation at all times. A very professional service.
