Very good customer service, great communication and excellent repair job.

Initial communication was clear, Car was started and finished as promised and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Repair was as expected flawless, and they even cleaned the rest of the car.

Following an incident involving my beloved new VW camper and a big puddle, Fixauto did an outstanding job of ensuring all water was removed from engine, replaced all filters and engine fluids and ensured engine was functioning beautifully. They then enabled me to find a garage able to test a slight new whistle from the turbo. At all times, I was treated with great care. I was kept informed of progress throughout.

Back in September we had a car accident where someone drove over a red light into the side of our vehicle. Dealing with our insurance company was extremely stressful however as soon as our car was collected by Fix Auto things immediately improved, they were so professional and friendly especially Jamie who sorted everything out every step of the way and always kept me in the loop of what was happening he spoke to our insurance company on our behalf and got back to me explaining everything in detail of what to expect next. I would have no hesitation in using this company they are absolutely brilliant and every member of staff I encountered were equally as efficient. Thank you for a very smooth experience and it’s so lovely to have our car back. Top marks all round.

Jamie fully informed what/how things were being dealt with what I needed to do, and in fact, everything was taken in hand. Being the first accident I have had and a widow he led me through the process and made it so easy. All the drivers who picked up my car and again dropped it back to me were again exceptional thank you

The team at fix auto Newton abbot were amazing! Though it took a while to fix my car, through no fault of them, they kept me informed at every stage. The staff were always so polite and helpful, and even after collecting the car they were on hand to come and help me when I needed it. They go above and beyond! Highly recommend

Their customer care is brilliant. From the time my car was picked up by a very nice gentleman who also dropped off my courtesy car. Jamie from the garage kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

Had my car repaired by Fix Auto UK, arranged by the Insurers of the Third Party that damaged my car. The service I received was exceptional. I was kept fully informed and I was provided with a courtesy car. I am happy with the repair and they also replaced my door mirror that had previously sustained damage and for which I paid separately. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and would use them again, should I ever need any work done

Had my car fixed by these after being hit a second time in the same place in two months. Amazing repairs both times and was no hassle, I work away from home and I had a curtesy car from them and explained that I only could come back on a certain date and that was no problem for them.

My car unfortunately took a hit and my insurance company allocated me to this company for repair.

I was very happy with the service I received via Fix Auto UK Newton Abbott. My car went into have a repair which was carried out through my insurance.
It was quick, they kept me in the loop, they arrived to collect it on the Monday at a time agreed, and it was returned on the Wednesday looking lovely & clean inside & out. The repair looked amazing.
