Communication was good, friendly, helpful and regular. Very helpful at all times.

The garage looked at my car straight away and got the items ordered so as little delay as possible.
They kept me informed of when items were due in and the likely time for completion and when there was any delays they let me know straight away which was very good as it allowed me and the wife to plan our movements. all in all a good service.

my sons moped was maliciously damaged and attempted theft, fix auto had it picked up from my son only two days later , even though the moped was a write off i found them to be helpful, quick to answer questions and very pleasant, excellent service.

I can't fault the repair but the "valeting service" left more dirt on the car than if they hadn't bothered. The interior looks awful! Please use a clean cloth on the windows and controls.

Have an extra weekend job to do now 🙄

A very efficient car bodywork repair workshop in mid Shropshire. The damage was to front & side panels following impact with a stone wall, & was an insurance claim. Fix Auto collected the car from south Shropshire, and returned it after work was complete, and in the meantime provided me with a very excellent courtesy car. The quality of the repair work appears to be first class. They were most obliging & courteous throughout the repair work.

The whole experience was hassle free. Communication was excellent as to when my car would be collected and returned.

Very disappointed with the service and work I received. Said I wasn’t happy with the way the work that was to be carried out from the start. Was assured it would be ok which it turned out not to be. The vehicle had several brand new panels put on it which have come back to me with scratch marks on them. Upon completion of the work the vehicle was driven by one of the garage employees (a journey of just over 20 miles) from the garage back to my location and arrived with leaking fluid (I believe to be power steering fluid) and the coolant level below the minimum.
Some of the new panels are loose and have fixings missing.
Lack of communication throughout the whole process. I won’t be recommending this company to anyone.
