What a horrible experience - turned around by good custmer care
What a horrible experience. My car went in for a car insurance repair and after a week it was returned but now the sensors were no longer working. I rang Oswestry, and their initial response was to state that the sensors were working when the car left their garage. This was clearly a lie. When pressed and on further investigation from their side they then stated that the sensors were not working before the crash and so they did not need to do anything to fix the problem.
I was clearly very frustrated with the initial activities, but Oswestry have come through. They have been professional, courteous and focussed on solving the problem. They resolved the problem quickly and in a very good manner. Throughout the experience I have been impressed by the courteous manner in which they have dealt with me, and also once we overcame the initial miscommunication hurdle their resolve to focus the problem. Would I recommend them, yes - but do make sure that you check the car before they leave.

Upon looking into your claim it does look like on the pre repair scan your sensors were showing a fault, we were then confident that your sensors were working prior to delivering the vehicle back to you. Obviously with modern day vehicles problems can occur but we were suprised when you called to advise they were not working, but at no point did we lie about any work carried out on your vehicle. We have now got your vehicle back on site and your insurance have agreed to replace the faulty part and we are now in the process of correcting the issue for you. Many Thanks.
Stay clear of these guys
Had my car go in for an insurance repair after being hit from behind. The sensors on the car now give an error message and no longer detecting anything. Prior to the collision I had no error messages. Fix auto initially lied that they were working when they left the garage, and then after pushing them, stated that the reason they did not work was due to a previous botched repair. The sensors were in working order before the accident. Would not trust these guys with any type of car repair. Stay clear of them.
