Unorganised zero preparation
Unorganised zero preparation. It took them a week to pick up the car once my courtesy car was delivered then the body took over a month I kept being told that they were waiting for a part to arrive. Then once fixed the delivery of the car was scheduled at 4.30pm and arrived at 7pm.

We ordered the parts same day the vehicle came on site and we did inform you that some parts were in back order and this is a situation which is not in anyone’s control, leaving us with only option of chasing parts suppliers which I can assure you we did almost every second day.
I can only apologise for the delays you faced in delivery of your car and I have forwarded your concerns to the transportation department to investigate this and improvise.
We always appreciate feedbacks so that we can improve our services. Once again, I would like to apologise to you if it was not a very pleasant experience for you.

They did work on my car as part of an insurance claim. The service when I picked up my car was good and the works look fine to me. It’s an easy location to get to. Not much parking, though.

I was extremely satisfied with both the excellent customer service and great quality of work. Customer service team were very friendly and kept me updated for both my insurance claim as well as the progress of job. I was so happy with the quality of work produced that I took additional jobs to further remove other minor scuff and scratches. Would recommend considering the price and quality of work and service.

Poor admin great job
An excellent repair job, lovely drivers who drop off and pick up the car. I don’t think the office know what I’d happening. Can’t offer a realistic time to collect or deliver. I took a day off to be available between 9-5 and they arrived at 7.30pm
