Fix Auto Park Royal is one of the worst…

Fix Auto Park Royal is one of the worst company they took my car for repair first they said my car will be ready on this date then they said no it will take few more days it took them another 10 days before they did the repair when I picked my car inside the car was very dirty with the workers shoes marked off pints the worst customers service it took me 35 minutes to get hold of the staff i phone there number ring ring no answer when I went to pick up my car I tried to call them when I was in the work shop the staff were there but didn’t bother to answer the phone I will never ever go to them again and please please chose another company from my experience I will never ever ever recommend them they are waste of time.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Thanks for your rating and a feedback. As we all are entitled for an opinion, I am only shocked with all you just mentioned - for which I completely have an opposite opinion.

You got your car back in 24 days from the day it was collected. The first time the delay happened was because of the bumper which your own insurance company asked us to get an unpainted version and then they changed their mind later to have a pre-painted one instead which caused delays for about 10 days as getting parts from Nissan is a challenge these days considering global shortage. The second time job was delayed because of your own kind self because you did not leave the locking wheel nut in the vehicle despite informing you at the time of booking you have to leave it which you chose to ignore as the work was down for a wheel refurb and suspension. Then you started ignoring my phone calls for about 7-10 days because you kept on saying you will call me back after checking at home if you left the nut there. I did not receive any response from you nor there was any message left for me and you always had my direct email. You only came on site because you were pressurised by the insurance company because of no response from you I had to call the insurance and report it to them as non provision of locking wheel nut it is causing delays for us to finish the repairs while you were on brand new hire car from insurance adding hire cost on a daily basis. I did not wanted to mention all this on public platform here but we take accusation and fault allegations very seriously and it was sad for me to see you had nothing to say about the outstanding repairs on your vehicle ? I have also checked condition of how the vehicle came on site (cleanliness) and when it left. We gave you back a very clean and tidy car and I have all proof of this.

You still are our beloved customer and have a warranty of 5 years and if there is any concerns in the future - please let us know and we will still be very happy to help without having this rating in our mind.

We take pride in the quality of work and outstanding customer service experience we offer and our 4.6 star rating out of 5.0 speak about it itself

After one month car still not 100%…

After one month car still not 100% asked to pop back when part turns up if it ever does. Too many supply issues with parts from Land Rover

Thank you for confirming on call from day 1 we have been doing all and everything possible at our capacity to help you getting the car fixed sooner, collection and redelivery of your vehicle and the exceptional customer service you received from us- but certain areas like parts delay from Landrover, receiving damaged parts (exhaust) or Auxillis as a company to manage claim is not something we control. We have been very careful in terms of rejecting the parts from Land Rover which we felt will not pass quality and would never want you to have defective parts and not only us but any responsible repairer would do exactly what we did.

Well coordinated repair with Jonathan Thomas

With customer service from my insurer that was uncoordinated and chaotic, Jonathan Thomas at Fix Auto took charge and made a process that was spinning out of control work again. Good hire care provided. Good customer service from Fix Auto.

Good communication on progress

Good communication on progress, repair looks as good as new. Car has been cleaned and returned in great condition.
The office staff seem overly busy and not that attentive.

The repairs were completed to a high standard

The repairs were completed to a high standard and I was kept well informed of progress.
Little disappointed with the arrangements for the return of the vehicle after completion of the works. Works were completed on a Thursday but vehicle was not delivered back until the following Monday

The service was pretty good until we…

The service was pretty good until we got to when I was told the car would be ready on Wed but actually came back over 7 days later. I had to keep calling every day to find out what was happening
