My car was not ready on time, and when it was ready, I had to drive it back to the workshop as they did not fix properly and now I am experiencing a problem I think is wrong made by them. I could say a lot more but I feel bad enough for such a bad company!!

Disappointed with the service
The actual repair body work was good but the initial communication & what’s app service slow, had to chase and upon arrival to collect I found a nail in my tyre. Which they said couldn’t have been proven it was them. Drove car home & warning light appeared & now I have to replace my tyre

As it is specifically made clear the initial communication via WhatsApp won’t be quickest compared to getting the assessment done on site which you agreed knowing the fact. Unfortunately the nail on the tyre is something that just could have happened anytime and there is no verifiable evidence it happened whilst your vehicle was in our care. It’s a shame you mentioned to me on site that you were so happy with the entire services and the brilliant repairs to your vehicle until you saw the nail on tyre. The vehicle came on site and left with no warning light on the dash. Authorising a tire worth £280+ VAT would definitely need a more concrete evidence than merely assuming we caused the issue.
Rest assured you have a 5 years of repair warranty for the work we carried out and should you have any concerns, please reach out to us directly.

Terrible company. Went to collect vehicle noticed dent that wasn’t there when fix auto collected my vehicle for repair. Fix auto doesn’t take responsibility of your vehicle whilst they have it in their possession. The manager is rude and poor representative for fix auto. Be careful
