The customer service was good, but the work done to the the car body not bad . I find white spares around all the car body, the car clean from outside but, inside was very dirty and dusty it has been taken twice but I'm not satisfy with it.

It was pretty hard to give a review for this company. Because it was not in their hands. Unfortunately the car part was not available . Although I find this hard to believe. Awaiting a brand new bumper for Audi Q3. It took 2 months to get this. At first they phoned every week to keep you updated. But then nothing. When finally arrived. Done very quickly.

Recommended by my insurance company - poor communication, long wait times when calling for updates, slow responses, no urgency. After 2 months of them having the car for minor repairs they tell me works are complete. Then I had to spend a week chasing to get them to deliver it back to me, finally I get a date for them to deliver the car back to me and they don't turn up! Suddenly they notice an issue with the car and they have to do more work... DO NOT USE!

My car went in for repair of the back…
My car went in for repair of the back bumper after another vehicle drove into my car. My car was kept for 7 days and once returned the rear parking sensors no longer function properly. I was told this was nothing to do with the repair and a problem with the sensors themselves failing. They worked perfectly fine before the repair and I am now left out of pocket for claim that was without fault.

Thanks for your feedback as we discussed when we requested you to bring the vehicle back on site for investigation it was found that the sensors fitted is not a manufacturer generic and is an aftermarket product. This is nothing to do with the accident or the repairs we carried out. as an insurance job we can only do whats been instructed by the insurance and they are in agreement with this and do not wish to warrant this issue under the insurance claim.

A long time and massively inflated repair cost for what was essentially a small dent to a single panel.
I may not be paying for it directly, but in the end all of our premiums go up...
