Pleasant and helpful staff.
A prompt repair.

Regular updates on progress were provided although I did have to chase up a couple of times. Repairs appear to be a good standard.

Insurance companies very often get a bad rep but a huge shout out to Admiral for their phenomenal claims handling.
Unfortunately my car was pretty badly vandalised on NYE (only two weeks old!!) and the police weren’t able to assist 🙄. I logged a claim with Admiral on New Years Day and was contacted 12 hours later. Their representative was very understanding and helpful and confirmed I’d hear from my local bodywork repair company by the next day. Fix Auto Pershore called me 10 minutes later and booked my car in for repair for 8am the following day! I was given a comparable courtesy car (not a really old & tiny car!) which was a nice surprise and 5 days later, everything is sorted! Cannot fault the service by either companies and I’m so grateful my car is good as new again! ✨

The team were fab. They kept me informed on the progress of the repair on a regular basis - meaning I didn't have to worry and was clear on when the car would be done. They also managed to provide me with an automatic courtesy car which made a real difference. The team were really friendly and helpful and made a difficult time much easier.

Booked my car in for repair quickly. Fix Auto Agreed with me what parts were needed and which sections of the car’s body needed repairing. They were extremely helpful and responsive. They seem to have done an excellent job of repairing my car. The courtesy car process was straightforward. All things considered I am pleased with the outcome.

Why did it take this company 5 weeks to find a Lexus part when I found a local garage that source a genuine part in less than a week? They must be either utterly useless or have been dragging their feet presumably under instruction from the insurance company. They didn't suggest a loan car. They've not just let me down, they've let Aviva down and damaged their reputation. Do not choose to fix your car.

A lady called Emma in the company was particularly helpful, as I found having to use a computer to send pics etc a little challenging, ( I’m of a certain age) !!
