What a pleasure of a company to deal with.
Efficiency was awesome - reported damage to insurance at 0830, called by 0915, in for assessment by lunchtime and booked straight into the body shop there and then. This was Wednesday, car back and all done by Friday lunchtime as promised by Connor who did the assessment. Brilliant.
The customer service from Vicky and Emily at front of house was as faultless as the workmanship on the repair. Clearly a great friendly efficient company ethos. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I was initially sceptical of using a company used by insurers… but after seeing their reviews on Trust Pilot, I was prepared to go along with their recommendations.
As it happens, several parts were no longer available through Nissan for my 370z. Fix Auto went far beyond what I would have expected, working with me to organise parts through a breakers yard, putting up with my relentless phone calls with patience and a real sense of caring about their customers, and repairing the car in time for me to take it on holiday.

The finish on the paintwork is superb and I’m hugely grateful to Connor and his team at Petersfield for doing such a great job!

Great experience with a repair arranged through insurance (Admiral). The claim was approved quickly and Fix Auto (Petersfield) arranged for me to visit so they could assess the damage to my car. The team were so efficient, friendly and helpful. The repair was booked in within a few days of my visit and my car was collected and returned to me after the repair (which was a huge help!). The repair took less than an week and looks just like new. I had never claimed through insurance before so I was nervous, but I didn’t need to be because the whole process was seamless. Thank you to the Petersfield team!

Was very pleased with the repairs to my car and for the immaculate condition that it came back. Communication could have been better as my car was away for three weeks and I had to phone to see how it was getting on . Would recommend the workmanship.
