I have been very pleased with the…

I have been very pleased with the service I received and the customer care from Drive Vauxhall was amazing
The whole process was a first for me But Drive Vauxhall made it very easy and straightforward
Staff were very helpful and my car is back fixed and gleaming clean
I would definitely go back and recommend this place

My car went into this garage for repair

My car went into this garage in November for repair, I was given an estimated repair date of 7th Dec the car was not repaired, no one rang, e-mailed or text to inform me of what or why the delay was, I eventually got my car back on 20th January

Am immaculate car was delivered to my home by James, he very politely explained all the details of the hire contract and the car’s instruments.
James made an unfortunate event as easy and pleasurable as possible.

The repair was first class and I would…

The repair was first class and I would have given 5 stars if the work had been undertaken more quickly. It seems a delay in obtaining part was the problem. My opinion is that parts should be obtained before car is called for repair. This would have enabled me to have my car until everything was in place for the job to be done.and ensured a faster turn around

after waiting a month to get car booked in ie 1ST nov i didnt get my car back until 24th nov 3 weeks in workshop all to replace two doors and paint which wasnt started until 20TH nov

I’m not happy at all with the repair experience

I’m not happy with the length of time my van took for repair, and the repair wasn’t completed correctly. I took my van in on 4th November 2021, and I was told it would take 3 days to complete, I never got my van back till 20th November 2021, it took 16 days to complete. Also when I drove my van when when it got dark, I noticed my F/D/S head light was not repaired correctly, also the head light adjuster wasn’t working, and the driver side wing mirror wasn’t fitted correctly.

Where do I start… well customer service…

Where do I start… well customer service is non existent at drive Vauxhall Redcar. They didn’t keep me updated about my vehicle, I had to keep getting in touch with them. It took 4 months for my vehicle to be repaired ! There excuse was they struggled to get the parts! Kept adding on different issues with the car even though an assessment had been carried out on the vehicle. The whole process has been an absolute disgrace and an embarrassment. I hope nobody else has to go through this terrible “service” that I’ve received.

Good friendly service

Good friendly service. Staff kept in touch and gave me regular updates on my vehicle. The repairs on my vehicle look great and did a great job on cleaning my car when handing over!

Part of my repair was not complete

Part of my repair was not complete, I spoke to a manager and I was very disappointed that he shifted the blame on to me. Highlighting that it had not shown up on the photograph I had sent, I explained that I was a ‘lay person’ and why did someone not discuss the repair with me. I was informed that I could have brought my car into the garage beforehand to discuss the repair when I said that this was not offered it was more or less indicated that I was not telling the truth. The conversation ended with the manager saying he would ring me on the Monday after the car had been delivered back to me on the Friday, I am still waiting after more than two weeks.
