They kept me informed

The car was repaired very quickly and Jaz and the team were very helpful and friendly. She also arranged the car hire with Enterprise to collect me from the garage.

Excellent work done on repair. Friendly staff also.

Car was ready before the actual date it was expected . They did an absolutely amazing job on my car I would definitely recommend them.

Very nice work

My car went in to repair through insurance.
Took them almost 3 months.
Every time I called to ask them how long and I was told we are waiting for part.
At the end they said it doesn’t cover with insurance.
If it doesn’t cover insurance then why they were waiting for parts.
Warning lights are on the dash board which was not there before collision.
Now I can’t even drive my car.
I would recommend to stay away from this company.
Not professional at all.

Terrible from the start - they wouldn’t detail me as to what repairs were going to be carried out wouldn’t assist me with photos of the repair, as I’d just brought the vehicle I wanted assurance that what was being done was being carried out to a high standard.

Vehicle returned unfinished and not to a good standard, too be over 2 hours to clean the inside of the van - both from and the rear of the vehicle, drink cups left littered inside front of the van and paper sheets left ripped on floor, never even valeted or washed it!!

I wished I’d sourced my own repair company now and not gone with the insurance company.

Brilliant team very quick and helpful always kept me up to date with the repairs on my car and have done a fantastic job with the repairs would highly recommend 👍

Absolutely shocking experience.

My car has been with this garage for 1.5 months now through an insurance repair, and I’m still being told they’re “waiting for parts.” No clear timelines, no urgency, and very little communication unless I chase them myself.

It’s beyond frustrating at this point — what should have been a straightforward repair has turned into a never-ending wait. The lack of transparency and progress is an absolute joke.

I would not trust this garage with my vehicle again and definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Seems like a SCAM

Very good and helpful experience

What started was a call to my Insurers to report that a woman had reversed into me smashing the bumper and grille then I got a call from the garage followed by a call from the Hire Company which knitted perfectly together.
There was a tracker online showing where my car was in getting fixed which was fantastic.
The garage had done a fantastic job in repairing my car and was pleasantly surprised when my car back washed and hoovered.
A fantastic worry free transaction - I am well impressed, well done chaps.

Excellent service and repair from start to finish , all the staff were very helpful from the receptionist to the drivers who collected and returned my vehicle. Was kept up to date at all times

I can’t recommend Fix Auto Walsall highly enough. From start to finish, the customer service I received from Jaz and Shabana was absolutely exceptional. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process.
What truly impressed me was the speed, efficiency and timing of the repairs. Due to work travel, I had very limited availability, yet they went above and beyond to accommodate this. Despite the challenges of the Christmas and New Year period, the repairs were completed earlier than expected, and I was pleasantly surprised to get my car back on New Year’s Eve.
The workmanship was amazing — the quality of the repair was flawless, and my car was returned in excellent condition. Their dedication, hard work, and commitment to getting my car back to me as quickly as possible did not go unnoticed.
A huge thank you to the entire team, especially Jaz and Shabana, for such an outstanding experience. Truly top-class service all round.
